I understand as a cashier it is not always the duty to handle the whole store but you are the last impression a customer has before they leave. She was pleasent but that doesn't fix my impression of a place I am spending my money at. The communication for The Beach Store & More was impeccable! They checked in to make sure we were available before showing up, they were even willing to drop off the night before had we made it there at a decent hour! The bikes were perfect for touring the island. The second day we had an issue with one of the chains and they brought a replacement bike within the hour! Talk about service. I would highly recommend renting here! Pricing beats most other companies I reviewed as well! We will definitely be repeat customers!
