If you just have questions they'll answer and probably in more depth than you expect. I was looking to purchase a specific plant but the freeze hurt their outdoor plants too. They protected what they could but life happens. Anyway, I explained how the freeze got to my plant and was told how to determine if its still alive and what to do to help it recover. They're right off the Pulaski exit of 295 so they're 30 minutes or less from most places in Jacksonville.

James is a really nice guy. I wish I did not have to write a bad review…read more I had him lay sod for my new home and install an irrigation system. The sod was laid incredibly poorly. There are gaps between the sod, sometimes two inches or more. It is so bad that six months later little children still have problems walking across my lawn, and it is impossible to mow without scalping some of the sod. When I pointed this out to James his only response was that it is hard to find good help. He would do nothing to fix it. When he installed the irrigation system there was a large portion of the yard that got no water. He did come back to add another sprinkler, but there is still a large area that does not get watered. He admitted to me that he should come back and add another sprinkler, and he said that he would. But repeated messages asking him to come install it have gone unanswered for more than a month. I chose James because he is a local small business owner and I really like to support the local businesses. But I wish I had gone with another company. I cannot recommend him to anyone. His work is shoddy and he has refused to make things right. Very poor work, poor service and certainly not worth the money.
