They helped me pick out a paint for the stamped concrete floors in our courtyard. They even added in a product called Shark Grip so that it wouldn't be slippery to walk on when it rained. A little pricier than other brands but it's well worth it. The products are superior and the staff are wonderful.

When I arrived at the store no one was in there except me, however I was left for about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Once someone did ask if I needed help (obviously, I'm standing looking directly at the counter) they then proceeded to tell me they couldn't color match the door. No samples could be given because they didn't have any base to mix colors and their fast drying door paint wasn't available. Overall, I only got told what couldn't be done from a store that specializes in paint. No offers of any like colors was made or which products would work best in a metal door. Interestingly, their color match app was able to match the door paint so I don't understand how the store couldn't do it. I left and went to Home Depot. See that review for a polar opposite experience. You couldn't pay me to ever come back to this store. They don't care about selling their products or helping a customer. They're a total waste of time.

After browsing I could tell why most people shop for paint at the big box stores such as myself. Their stain is twice as much as you would pay for at HD. That being said I had a 30% off coupon and from what I've read SW paint is Superior to even the best Behr brand. Ben gave some good recommendations and even told me about the specials they have and upcoming specials they will be having. That alone deserves 5 stars. I have yet to use the stain due to my schedule and will be back in the next month to buy a dozen more gallon of stain and rent their paint machine. I'll update the review if my 5 star experience changes.

I was trying to return sealant that was bought at another store. Go to San Pablo/Beach if you want to be treated much much better. I was told they can't do anything and won't do anything. Each employee had something to say as well, sitting down behind the counter nothing to greet a customer, the cashier had to go to the manager who didn't even want to come out to tell me himself. So no I don't recommend this Sherwin Williams at all to any homeowner or business owner. If you look at your other google reviews you might want to look at your recent performance, it's not just me. Time for Sherwin Williams to take a look at what's happening at their regency store.

It's always frustrating when previous owners don't leave paint codes or even left over paint to make matching easy but this was not the case. Evan offered several options and ended up having a beautiful match to the existing paint which saved me even more time as I was able to paint just one wall verses all the walls. Evan was very patient and professional, a great representation for Sherwin!
