I had an issue ordering parts for my County Line well pump. After a week of passing the buck and circular searching through County Line, Tractor Supply, Pentair and finally back to Tractor Supply for who can actually get me the parts I need, Angel and Bradley got it done! This Yulee location has always had the most dillgent and helpful associates. I have been shopping there since they first opened and it has always been a great experience. I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratefulness to the manager at store 2421 in Yulee. The Manager (Billy) was able to swiftly take care of an issue for me with great satisfaction. I called the store ahead of time to verify quantity before heading that way and the cashier that answered the phone said that 6 were available in the store. So I came immediately. After arriving and letting the cashier know I just called about these, I would like to purchase 5 of the 6 fence panels. I was told to wait near the outside area for someone to help me. A few minutes later the manager Billy came out and said they don't have any available, and explained that the number 6 means they have damaged stock and don't have any available. My return reply was how the heck am I to know the store's internal codes. Needless to say I started steaming about it since I already called to verify stock. She apologized for my inconvenience and said she would take care of the problem for me and get the items I needed from another store and have them personally delivered. I can't tell you how much that means to me and want Billy to be fully recognized for her unbelievable customer service. I will remain a loyal customer due to her actions. read more

The dog bathing area is in need of some serious attention, a level of disgust that appears to have been neglected for some time. If you have to raise the price to ensure the adequate funds are available to maintain this service, then so be it. Granted users should also do their part as well. read more

When this TS opened it really made life easier because it's so convenient to home, but now, the aggravation of the store employees make the convenience hardly worth it. It's a crap shoot if your going to get someone at the register who knows how to process a simple TS reward without calling someone else for help or not! Even with that, forget placing an online order an expecting a fast uneventful pickup. It's easier to tweeze your eyebrows in the dark than to get a fast online order processed. Just don't do it. Now to buying chickens at TS, how about just don't do that either. Not only did they sell me Buff Orpington instead of Buff Brahmas last year, all of them, yes all, were ROOSTERS! When I finally discussed this with the store, mind you after I had rehomed all of the wrong bird roosters, I was told "we don't take chickens back". Well no ship Sherlock, I'm just letting you know so you can try and not let it happen again, or at least contact your supplier and say....don't send us roosters. And yes, I said ship on purpose!!! 2 Stars just for convenience but good gosh someone tell the folks in Nashville we have a problem here! This location is a joke. Understaffed and the ones they do have eat crayons. Waited over 30 min to check out a $4 item because the cashiers couldn't find "hay" in the system. Then when they did find it, it was the wrong kind so we started the process over. They made everyone wait until they could figure it out and the line grew ridiculously long. They need self checkout machines in this location. I will never use this location again. Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. read more

Let me begin by saying I hate giving bad reviews, but when the negative interactions are this repetitive, management action is warranted. A couple of weeks ago I visited this store to pick up an online order my wife had placed for a decorative ladder. I was presented with one didn't look like the picture on the website. Kristin, a store employee, insisted multiple times it was the right item, even after I showed the picture of the item my wife had bought. And they were not "kinda different", but totally different. She kept insisting to the point of I becoming frustrated with her. I asked her to take me to where the decorative ladders were kept in the store; she did. There, I found exactly the one my wife had ordered. I spotted it immediately. Kristin then went on to claim the SKU number was wrong. It wasn't, I took the time to check it myself. I was on my way out of the store, when I realized the item she gave me was damaged. It was like something hard had smacked on one of its legs, at the bottom. I returned to show her, and politely asked to get another one. She then insisted it was ok, because the ladder was supposed to be rustic. And then she began spelling over and over R-U-S-T-I-C, like I'm an idiot and I don't know what "rustic" mean. I simply replied, "it is supposed to be rustic, not broken." This behavior was shocking to me. I've been living in Yulee for 7 years and I've never had to deal with someone so rude, so impolite. However, I decided she wouldn't ruin my day, and let it go. Anyone can have a bad day. So, today, I returned to the same store and unfortunately for me, and for her, we had to interact again. I had come to return the ladder, which my wife decided it wasn't a good fit for out house after all. I approached the employee at the register and greeted her with: "hello ma'am, I would like to return this, please", to which she replied: "AFTER ALL THAT CRAP?". That took be aback. Maybe she confused me with someone else. "Why did you say that? I asked. She made a "forget it" face. Then it hit me. "You were the one who found it that day, weren't you?" She confirmed it. Now I'm thinking, what are the chances? For some reason she couldn't process the return back to the credit card that was used, so she gave me the money back in cash. I noticed one the $20 bills had a big gash, so I politely (again, silly me) asked her to replace it, because I know the ATM won't take it. She immediately, exalted, and without checking said: "nothing is broken". I took the money, picked the broken bill and handed it back to her... I don't know what the deal was with Kristin. Anyone can have a day off. But if she is going to treat customers this badly every time, even when she is treated politely, and respectfully, maybe she shouldn't be working directly with customers. I love Tractor Supply. I just discovered them due to their expansion into my neck of the woods. I had heard of them and wished they would open nearby. It came true. Tractor Supply is a cool place that has a lot of stuff for people that have farms, animals, pets, or just like outdoors. It's a great place to get the bedding for your large and small animals including hamsters, dogs, chickens, horses, etc. They have all your pet food needs and all the stuff to take care of them. You can buy the fencing, cages, pins, crates, beds, bowls, shampoo, etc. that you need. All your chicken supplies for sure. They sell boots and some clothing. You can get parts and supplies for your tractor and farm equipment. It's just an awesome place. They generally have nice personable workers that are happy to help. I would give them 5'Stars except for their online and curbside pickup ordering which I've tried to use multiple times. Every curbside pickup order I end up having to go inside. You are supposed to just call and tell them you are there and park in the designated spot close to the front door. It seems there is always some holdup which I believe is lack of attention and proper staffing/oversight for that area. I generally go in and end up grabbing the stuff and carrying it out and loading it myself. I have to find the person and sign off saying I picked up my order. It would generally be faster to just walk in pick my stuff and pay at the register. So a big FAIL on saving time and adding aggravation. Also, this last time when I bought two bags of dog food they sent me an email saying my order was ready for pickup so I go through same scenario, go inside and find the lady and they only have one of the two bags. I take the one and leave. A week later I call because I haven't heard anything. They look and said two bags came on the truck and they would put one aside for me. I will get it next time I go by there. Why did they only order two bags? I've tried to buy same food previously and they were out of stock. Couldn't order online either for ship to store. I could get it shipped to my house so they aren't out of stock. Poor inventory management. I really like the store and just placed a ship to house order. What can you say about a store that's geared towards the country way of life? They've got clothing (boots to overalls), dietary needs for your animals (horses, chickens, cats, dogs etc) and a pretty good selection of tools and small farm equipment. I prefer getting my pet medications and supplies from this location due to convenience and it being less crowded than Walmart or other pet stores. I have always been able to find what I was looking for and the employees have been pleasant, polite and helpful. read more

I can not even begin to explain the disappointment that this store is to yulee and surround towns. I would go into the store a lot just because it was the TS store. Recently I went in two days in a row, one day it took me forever to piece together a chicken feeder and waterer, due to the fact that a lot of the area was empty and the store does not go back and correct things once a customer messes it up. There were things on the top shelf that was not even represented on the shelves, no price on those of course. I went in today to buy oyster shells there was none, I was told that they were out, if I did not see them, no one felt the need to walk over to see if I overlooked them or check in the back. I looked around at the store it was a mess, shelves were empty and not kept up different items were sitting everywhere. Employees looking like they have no idea what they should be doing (maybe filling the shelves if you actually have any fast selling item in the back). I kept thinking WOW, WOW this is a new store and its empty, where is the Store Manager? Where is the District Manager? Where is anyone???? I have never written a review, but I had to for the sake of the community and for me of course. I do not live far from TS so it is convenient and I normally like your stores. Something is not convenient though if you go in to buy things but the store does not have what you need because the shelves are empty. Please, help to get this store up to the standards that your customers expect, I feel like going by there is a wasted stop even if I have to drive by it to get the things I need at another store. Also the sales yard outside was a joke, no signs for prices, chicken houses in the weather that if you tried to get one the box and everything inside will fall out.
