When this TS opened it really made life easier because it's so convenient to home, but now, the aggravation of the store employees make the convenience hardly worth it.
It's a crap shoot if your going to get someone at the register who knows how to process a simple TS reward without calling someone else for help or not! Even with that, forget placing an online order an expecting a fast uneventful pickup. It's easier to tweeze your eyebrows in the dark than to get a fast online order processed. Just don't do it.
Now to buying chickens at TS, how about just don't do that either. Not only did they sell me Buff Orpington instead of Buff Brahmas last year, all of them, yes all, were ROOSTERS! When I finally discussed this with the store, mind you after I had rehomed all of the wrong bird roosters, I was told "we don't take chickens back". Well no ship Sherlock, I'm just letting you know so you can try and not let it happen again, or at least contact your supplier and say....don't send us roosters. And yes, I said ship on purpose!!!
2 Stars just for convenience but good gosh someone tell the folks in Nashville we have a problem here! As a customer, I should not be the one instructing YOUR cashier how to process my TS reward....unless you want to pay me. read more
