Then upon picking my purchase up I wanted to make sure I paid it off prior to there very high interest rate of 169% which would be almost triple that I was not told either at the store. If that was the case I would have have just paid cash or put it on a zero percent interest card or went to Ashley. I thought this would be convenient because I could take the item home with me that day. Come to find out they charge you an early pay off fee.!! And it's only 101 days to pay off not 120 like I was told. But regardless SAME AS CASH is SAME AS CASH. They are charging me an early PAY OFF FEE!!!!! PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT WORTH IT TO ANYONE. If you cant afford cash go to rent a center or Aarons there interest rate isn't that ridiculous

Great people are in store, but it appears their corporate office is either penny pinching or this store is on way to closing. 1st follow-up issue: planned and ordered new kitchen cabinets advised their designer we wanted farm house sink, was told would need on-site for installer and counter folks. Installers are not aware of it even though it's in the plans. I assumed counter folks install it. Counter folks could not measure until the sink was set (cut into cabinet). I had to call cabinet folks and pay another $500 for them to come back and do this. Countertop folks had to come out 2 more times to finally accept installation. I was billed an additional $350 for multiple trips So due to hd it cost me $850 more than the $27k I already paid plus time with no usable kitchen. Their office of the president did nothing, including no response. Most recently ordered new storm door to be delivered. They no longer have installers, so you're on your own for that. Anyway, the door arrives at the store. I got a call they only have a 18 wheel truck to deliver it. I was informed that corporate took their box truck because they are losing money on delivery (hmm a 18 wheeler is so much more efficient). I had them cancel the order they could not uphold what they contracted for, went to Lowes door, is cheaper, they can deliver, and they have Installers. Re-doing 2 bathrooms, will be using lowes and advising others as well

It is clean, I'm not saying that most thrift stores are not clean, but the way that this is set up it gives off a pristine appearance. Now, just to make things clear, yes, they are a thrift store. However they only deal with home furnishings and home decor. If you are just looking for a bargain, this may not be your place to go. The way it is set up you actually feel like you are in a run of the mill furniture store. It is rather large inside and you might find something you didn't expect in here. Merchandise changes frequently, so coming back may be a different experience. Customer service is top notch here and basically cuts out the guess work. I had a question on whether they had an item or not and with the answer I got it saved me from browsing and become frustrated. Hours are a bit odd, so make sure you call ahead to see if they are open or look them up online.

I drove in from Chicago in December to see family and decided to drop my machine off with Donna to see if it was worth repair. I had bought a replacement on line several months before, but it just was not the same (brand shall remain nameless). Donna happily offered to look at the machine for me -- and to my delight, she was able to repair it! Knowing that I had to return to Chicago before the repairs were complete, she went above and beyond to assist me in getting the machine shipped back so that I could resume my sewing activity. Clearly management needs to water plants or get their staff to do it. I even say a couple elderly women complaining about all their dead plants. So what they are charging is absolutely crazy. With that said, this is why Americans are paying crazy prices for plants that only live for a few months.
