One of those was just in time and plans and we had first got a dishwasher from them, and I've always. I tried to save money, so I did scratch and dent and even add scratch and dent through just in time appliance, the dishwasher was was expensive, which I get, you know, it was AA named brand dishwasher. Now they suggested it. The dishwasher has never cleaned dishes very well at all but I thought, okay, that's a one-off, not a big deal. Now, our other refrigerator that was in the house. Went\nOut on us , so I needed another refrigerator and I needed it now so I called them up. I said, Hey, and this is a larger double door refrigerator I said, I don't want to spend a ton, but can you suggest a refrigerator and maybe scratch and din again? So I can save some money. Well, Justin Kay actually told me he's like, well, we have this refrigerator I don't remember what it was called. It was like AA gungton or some c*** like that, and he said, this is equivalent, it's the same as AGE G makes them over there in China before they you know, call them GE and send them to America anyway. He said it's a good refrigerator well, right off the get, go, the refrigerator never would Keep food very cold and it kept taking and leaking. Somehow you know, the ice would like start melting and then it would have problems and we're talking weeks in. We had never repaired and we wanted another refrigerator we kept saying it's having problems, well, he would always say, well, we need to repair it. Well, this happened kept getting repaired. You know, first, it was another problem, 3 months in same exact thing, they repaired it. And then a few months in again same thing. They repaired it again, same thing, they repaired it within the warranty window, I took and I said, Hey, can we have another refrigerator he said, no, we have to do this, we have to repair it again so we did that. Then when I took and I said, look, we want this fixed, we want another refrigerator we're sick and tired of it, he said, well, your warranty's up. So now from what I've heard he's done this to many people. The good of it is, I guess he's actually moved out of the selling refrigerators to people. And now he's in the the, you know, having service tech for people well, I want to warn you on that. He's one of the most expensive service tech people in Grants Pass Oregon in my opinion. I wanna make sure that I say that. In my opinion now I do have you know, actual experience with him to draw on to say that. So my review for him is not good, he makes it to where I've been going now to home depot. I have an actual GE that says, GE on it. The thing has been amazing, I love it great refrigerator if you want to know what it is, let me know I will tell you and I'll do a review on the GE refrigerator I want to do more of this anyway. I recently purchased a Fairly new Amana Washer and Dryer set from these Grifters,, the washer was…read morenot balanced and made a terrible Racket. They picked it up, returning it a week later telling me it's Fixed. Upon using the washer it was still not balanced and made the same Noise as before. Steve offered to swap out the Amana set with a much Older Kennmore set. I agreed, upon using the replacement set the Dryer Screeched like metal on metal brake pads, unbearable to listen to. So again Active picked up the Dryer returning it several days later, telling me it was fixed. NOPE upon using it the Screeching sound was still present. Next, Active swapped the Kennmore Dryer for an Old Maytag Dryer. Active told me the Maytag Dryer worked great.. NOPE the maytag Dryer does not Spin, makes noise and doesn't work, I AM NOT KIDDING.. Absolutely Fed Up I Demanded they pick up their dysfunctional equipment and refund the $795I paid. As of 10/27/23 ACTIVE REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. I will see Active in Court soon I am Sueing them for Fraudulent Practices and seeking Maximum Penalties for Deceptive Business Practices.

Had these guys come out to repair my LG fridge (which come to find out is one of the worst brands…read morethat out there, not to include tough to diagnose) and they knocked it put in about an hour. Found the problem in about 10 min, ran back to they're warehouse to grab the part, and were back in about 10-15. Plugged it in and it emidiatly started blowing cold in the fridge and freezing the freezer. I spoke to their repair shops (not going to name names) and they all told me "absolutely not will I work on an LG". Personal, corjul, and super nice guys.
