Probably one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Thanks Alex!

After seeing several of the local major chains selling particle board and veneer over particle board sets which would not last as long, we found one we really liked on a website. After seeing the Woodworks website and wanting to support a local business, I contacted Alex the owner and asked if he could beat the price I saw on the website. Not only was he able to beat their price. He ordered it directly from the manufacturer (which is what a large chain would do) and delivered it. The set is beautiful. When in the market for more furniture in the future, we will definitely do business again.

Not to mention how beautiful everything was. Here it is 10 years later and I am still obsessed with their furniture only now, after seeing them in Brazil, I have them right here in my USA back yard with 2 gorgeous high end showrooms, one in Mid Town Miami close to the Design District and another 2 story stunning one in Fort Lauderdale, oh and a really nice Outlet in Doral. I can't say enough about them, the design team, sales team, and management are seamless and fluid, from home staging, designing impressive model units both big and small, interior designing exclusively with Saccaro furniture to custom made furniture that seems like an endless array of options, I couldn't be happier. Everyone should visit their showrooms before they step foot into the same old, same old, furniture stores of Miami.

I really liked the fact that as you enter the store you are offered complimentary coffee and cookies. The cookies are your choice of sugar cookies, chocolate chip or double chocolate. Certainly brought a smile to my face as I had been shopping for a few hours that day already and was already feeling famished. The small snack and coffee helped me continue looking around the store. I really came in only out of curiosity because I was just wondering what they had in the store. I was also looking to replace a ottoman I have in the middle of my living room. It's age was really starting to show. The saleswoman was told what I was looking for and she showed me this interesting coffee table that was able to open up. Please see the picture. I am still considering purchasing it. Great store and interesting pieces.

Disappointed with our experience here. We came here on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving…read morebecause they were having their Black Friday deals. We arrived at 6:45pm and they close at 8pm. We walked around a bit and then a lady came up to us and told us they were closing in 10 minutes. We saw that it was 10 minutes to seven and asked if they didn't close at 8pm? She replied that they were closing early because they were having their holiday party and that they had a sign on the front doors. She also said that their Black Friday sale was 10% off. Of course the signs everywhere said 30% off. But how is 10% off a Black Friday deal?!? Ten percent!!??!! So, obviously we weren't going to buy a new living room set in 10 minutes. So we left and went next door to Rooms To Go and spent our $4500 there. So, I hope your party was worth losing a $4500 sale. I give two stars because I'm sure the furniture is nice. But I'll never know.

I decided against a known, major furniture retail chain and decided to check out Premium Furniture and I was not disappointed. The owner William was very helpful when it came to finding and selecting what I was looking for. The price was way cheaper than what I was given at the major retailers. I was worried due to the price, the quality would be poor, however I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the furniture is very comparable to that of something from a major retailer. I will definitely be coming back here for any future furniture needs.
