October 14, 2025 I brought my Toyota in for a simple rear brake pad change. When I brought it in it had zero lights on the dash, everything worked as should and I had zero issues with the car. I waited 3 HOURS on a slow day and was stuck 30 minutes after they closed just for Joey to finally tell me (mind you he was very worried) they can not get my car out of maintenance service mode and my parking brake isn't working. He told me to come back in the morning. When I got into my car, my dash has serval light on, messages popping up, I could not use my parking brake, cruise control, or see my digital speed. Not that I expected a discount but they charged me full price $236.71 and NEVER apologized. I brought the car back the following day, Austin and Joey messed with it for several hours while I was at work. Austin told me it was throwing codes and one code worried him so much he did not want to touch my car until the owner Travis got there to look. I waited hours in the waiting room only to never see Travis nor did he speak to me when it was that serious. Austin tried to tell me it must be a wiring problem, it was probably wear and tear and things like that just happen. They said I would have to take it to Toyota and to let them know what happens. Only if it was something they TOUCHED would they pay for it 100% is what Austin told me. I took it to Toyota the following day and turns out they never correctly connected the connector or put the pins back in on the actuator. It was $199.38 for repairs. October 17th I brought Joey my invoice from Toyota only to be greeted with clear annoyance/anger that I had already paid to fix it because it now caused him to file "a lot of paperwork" I did ask Toyota how to handle this situation prior to paying and they said they do not get in the middle of issues like this and to take the invoice to jiffy lube and they would have to reimburse me, to which I relayed that information to Joey and he was more upset as if it was my fault they did not give me clear directions on who should pay for the repairs. Joey told me to give him a few days to file the paperwork and send it in and he would get back to me on it. To which never happened. I contacted Travis the owner because I was taken back by the attitude they now had with me. He told me he had no idea what was going on but reassured me it would be taken care of. Fast forward to now January 14, 2026 I tried to contact them SEVERAL times for almost 3 MONTHS to only be told to leave a message and someone would call me back. No one ever called me back, they completely ignored me. Yesterday I finally got in contact with Joey only for him to be annoyed again and asked me what I wanted. I told him he was supposed to get back to me which never happened and ignored me for months so what is going on. He told me there was nothing he could do for me because a technician never went to Toyota and I'm past my 30 day or 3,000 mile mark warranty. I now understand why they ignored me for 3 months. However no one said a word about a warranty nor that a technician needed to go to Toyota. Even when I took Joey the invoice he never said a word about it, his issue was the fact I paid to repair my car because it's my only reliable car I should add. I asked to speak to cooperate or Travis the owner because this has been extremely unprofessional and if not I would be contacting the BBB. Not even 30 minutes later Joey calls me back telling me that they will look into it but needs a copy of the paper I already gave him because they conveniently lost ALL files they had about this situation. Today he asks for my current mileage on my car as if that has anything to do with what happened in October. I feel like they are just running me in circles and nothing will be resolved. They have gave me excuse after excuse after excuse. I have everything documented and recorded, I just didn't have enough space to type it all.

I've had windshield repairs completed through Safelite previously (at a different location…read moreout-of-state) and have NEVER had issues until today. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Upon filing my claim nearly a week ago, I was not given the option to bring my car into the physical location for a repair. As a result, I was forced to have the technician come to me. After approximately 20 minutes of working on my windshield, the technician tells me that the he was unable to fix the chip and that I would need to have my windshield replaced. After inspecting his work, not only is the chip still there, but an additional large chip in my windshield was created and there are now cracks extending from the original chip (that I filed a claim through my insurance on) to the new chip in the glass and further on down. I understand that sometimes these issues arise during repair, but after speaking with local repair shops to now schedule a windshield replacement, it appears this was technician error - the outside temperature is hot today and no real effort was made to ventilate my car to cool the glass prior to work starting. Also to make matters worse - the technician offered to make me a future appointment for a windshield replacement and I politely declined opting to "shop around" since this experience had fallen short of my expectations. Only to realize that they went ahead and scheduled me one anyways because I received a text message stating that I had a windshield replacement appointment scheduled for the end of this week. Additionally, it appears that Safelite started a new claim pending through my insurance company for a $500 fee for the replacement. I absolutely would NOT recommend getting your windshield repaired through Safelite and highly suggest going elsewhere if at all possible.

Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!…read moreNot only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced, but they also sell damaged products listed as "working" -- total false advertisement! We bought a set of car seats they claimed were black leather power seats in good condition. They sent us photos and confirmed this over the phone. We paid while on the call and were told the seats would be ready for pickup. I explained we were 1.5 hours away and leaving immediately. When our driver arrived, they said the seats weren't ready because they were "too busy." We had clearly confirmed they would be pulled beforehand. The driver waited, but they didn't know how long it would take. He had to drive back empty-handed. Later, they called and said the seats were now "ready" -- left sitting outside in the rain. The driver had to return, wasting another 1.5 hours. When we finally got the seats, they were NOTHING like promised: * Torn, scratched, and cracked leather * Damaged stitching * Power functions didn't even work When we called to address these issues -- the false advertisement, the 6 hours of wasted driving, and them leaving paid items out in the rain -- they laughed on the phone and acted like it was normal business. No apology, no discount, no accountability. And then it got worse. When we opened the invoice they emailed us... under the customer name line, they had written:"CNT AS BTCH."(Yes, you read that right.) I called back, asking to speak with a manager. The employee laughed hysterically when I explained what was written. No apology. She put me on hold, then came back and said no managers were available -- but I could talk to Dena, the person who wrote it. I said I didn't want to speak with someone who wrote such a disgusting slur on an invoice. They said it was the "only option" and then hung up on me. I called back -- they hung up again.I called again -- they put Dena on the phone, and she mocked the situation, laughed, and joked about it with other employees laughing in the background. I've never in my life experienced such: * Unprofessionalism * Disrespect * Dishonesty * Harassment No one at this business has taken any accountability or tried to make it right. Instead, they harassed me, laughed at my concerns, and made it worse at every step.
