When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence. I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work that the team put into getting our massive trees trimmed and our yard cleared. They accept cards, and also offered a cash discount. We knew we had drainage issue in front of our walk out basement onto the cement patio, but had no…read moreidea the extent of the issue. Our sub pump ran all the time (at least once an hour), and once the standing water under the cement was revealed we understood why. We felt suddenly thrown into a crazy renovation show where the contractor called and said, "I need you to come see this" and we were faced with a larger, more expensive job. But what could have been a nightmare, was made into a relatively short painless process. Steve and Outdoor Oasis worked hard to come up with creative solutions to our drainage issues while trying to stay in budget and give us a beautiful backyard patio. We love the new space and are still amazed at the end result. We are already planning phase 2! All that and our sub pump maybe goes off once a day now! Highly recommend. Also recommend giving this crew some creative license, what they came up with was better than I had wanted! Total pros! After aeration I have dead spots that weren't there previously and no cleanup was done, but the bill is still for the same amount after emails there has still been no reply. I ended up doing the yard cleanup and overseed myself then they came after almost a month after power raking and aeration and all the holes had closed for seeds. So I paid for overseed, cleanup and aeration and received everything but cleanup after holes closed and after I spent almost 200 on seed and fertilizer I do not recommend. I've emailed about my concerns and others and still nothing has been done thats just bad business.

They were incredibly collaborative and always open to our input. We even made several last-minute design changes, and they handled every one of them flawlessly while keeping the overall vision intact. My only regret is that we didn't find Limitless Landscaping sooner. Our backyard had been built out over time by multiple contractors working separate scopes, which left things feeling a bit disjointed.
