Our sub pump ran all the time (at least once an hour), and once the standing water under the cement was revealed we understood why. We felt suddenly thrown into a crazy renovation show where the contractor called and said, "I need you to come see this" and we were faced with a larger, more expensive job. But what could have been a nightmare, was made into a relatively short painless process. Steve and Outdoor Oasis worked hard to come up with creative solutions to our drainage issues while trying to stay in budget and give us a beautiful backyard patio. We love the new space and are still amazed at the end result. We are already planning phase 2! All that and our sub pump maybe goes off once a day now! Highly recommend. Also recommend giving this crew some creative license, what they came up with was better than I had wanted! Total pros! On a side note, we've had other crews come in for other work, Steve and company did the best job keeping the work site clean, organized, and took initiative let the neighbors know ahead of time what would be going on. Two months later, still no germination (grass). I continually called the office...and multiple messages were left by the receptionist, Jessie. A.J. was kind and thoughtful in the beginning. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied. Cordial in the beginning; then communication falls off after payment....BEWARE!

My biggest concern was that the hedges and day lilies in the front yard would get damaged during the process. Before the work began, the crew took the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns.
