About 30 feet tall and best described as a giant bush, branches and runners all over. Now I can tell it is actually a tree. With in a day of my call for an estimate, the arborist arrived. Very friendly and knowledgable. I received an email with a detailed, firm estimate about 20 minutes later. I accepted the price and shortly there after a follow up email. Later that afternoon I received a text message saying they would arrive at 8:00 am the following morning. A crew of 4 arrived and all were very friendly and personable. The supervisor and an arborist explained how they would proceed and also provided a recap when they had finished. Along the way of the conversation they asked for my desired outcome of the trimming. They set quickly to work and a few hours later the job was finished. Every branch, twig and wood chips were cleaned up. 5/5 for service, customer satisfaction and a job well done.

The cottonwood removal was particularly impressive because it had to come down in a small area right near our deck. It came down without incident and was actually very exciting to watch! Randy is licensed, insured, a member of the Nebraska Arborist Association, is a climbing instructor, and has over 15 years experience. We have always been extremely happy with both his work and his prices. He is quick to get back to you when you call for an estimate. He is thorough, safe, and genuinely has a passion for his job. The company was always responsive to our request for services, but this year it has been awful. We made multiple calls for tree trimming. After expressing frustration did get some guys out to our home. They were descent in their job. Have called five times to get a scheduled ash bore treatment. No success. Always get the response with we will be out soon. We cancelled any potential visit in the future (if they even planned on it). We are done. There are many other companies that will contact. Not sure what happened to this company. We will not recommend them to anyone that asks. Last year my neighbor also told me she never got a response after leaving a message.

Spent $43K for garden terrace and retaining wall rework. Crew did a pretty good job, but I had to…read moreintervene for corrections. Terrace was not angled or extended as planned and steps were angled. Biggest issues are: they used a considerable amount of our existing river rock to back fill some of the retaining wall; they were supposed to put clean fill first in terraces, but dumped left over gravel/rocks/sand in them and covered with a few inches of dirt - we removed several 5 gal buckets of rocks from them and added several bags of top soil; they did remove the gravel/sand from one section and added clean dirt; they put down straw matting and some grass seed over a large portion of the yard where grass was killed, but they did that over hard dirt, gravel and rocks they spilled on the project- I had to till the soil, pick out buckets of rocks, and add soil and grass seed; they broke marked sprinkler heads and crimped the sprinkler line- said they would repair in the spring (although irrigation damage is excluded in their terms), but then told us to have sprinkler company repair and bill them when sprinklers were turned on in spring; had to complain a bit to get them to come back and do some "fixes"- for example requested they fill gaps left between steps and terrace walls - eventually they did; left over sand/gravel was spread in a few areas of the yard and a pile dumped in the nature preserve behind house. Bottom line, fair terrace work, bad attention to detail and clean up caused us to have to do a LOT of work to try and get the yard back together.
