Because this company is so in demand, I had to wait a while, but they were worth waiting for! Two arborists arrived on time to trim and elevate 3 large trees, plus a medium tree. They first checked their work order with me, then kept me updated on their plan to complete the work. They were so efficient, they finished in a little over 2 hours, and did a thorough job of cleaning up all the debris, even blowing off our patio and driveway. I've been using Arbor Aesthetics since 2009 or so, while still at my previous home in North Omaha. I had some storm damage and some old elm and cottonwood trees. Arbor Aesthetics came out and trimmed the trees, picked up the debris, and chipped it up all into mulch. At our current home, they have taken great care of our flowering, pear, tree and maple trees. We had the best service from Arbor Aesthetics this summer! They initially sent a knowledgeable arborist to inspect our 30- year old dead pine tree, gave us a bid, and scheduled our service day within several days. We did have to schedule several weeks in the future, as we expected they were busy. They laid heavy plastic mats to protect our flagstone steps, as they removed large branches from our back yard. I made the mistake of buying a Maple tree from Walmart. It was just so little and cute... fast forward 13 years and we have a very odd looking tree, with shallow, circular roots and dense, circular limbs. All this with dead limbs sticking oddly out at different angles at the top. I look at it and see the little tree that could (so I love it), but it really was becoming ugly, and we were concerned for it's longterm health and stability. Arbor Aesthetics came out and saw the potential in my sad tree too. My tree's ongoing treatment needs were thoroughly explained to me, and 2 men came out later to get started. These guys were amazing! I sat and watched them from inside my screen door (with the cat, he needed company) in amazement. One guy actually climbed up into my tree, which I didn't even know was possible. They took care with how they selected what to prune, trim, and save. Aesthetics were definitely near the top of the list, but I was most impressed with how they considered the health of the tree above all. I didn't realize just how bad my tree looked until it was given a proper haircut. So cute!! The bestest part? They raked EVERYTHING out of my yard, blew anything the rake couldn't grab with a big leaf blower, then shredded it all into the back of their covered truck. The team from Arbor Aesthetics came yesterday and trimmed and groomed my two Syberian Elms both of which are very tall, over 70 feet tall and large. The trees were filled with damaged limbs and debris from the wind storms we had had this year. The team from Arbor Aesthetics was right on time, and extremely careful the entire time while working. They were working in a tight space surrounded by other homes and fences. They cleaned up everything after trimming and grooming both trees. The team even raked the small twigs that had fallen on the grass. The lawn and area between the houses were wet and soggy. So I fully expected some damage. The Arbor Aesthetics team did not leave a single footprint, divot or any debris on the lawn Or between the houses. All twigs were gently raked. How they managed to work for hours on the lawn without doing any damage to a wet, soggy lawn is a mystery to me. I could not even tell where they were working when I looked at my lawn at the end of the job. I was standing on my balcony watching them move across the lawn and hoist themselves over the fence and drop debris on the grass. The men climbed both trees and also inspected the trees from the top down looking for any damage that could not bee seen from below. I was concerned that the trees be safe. I have heard that a well trimmed tree doesn't look as though it has been trimmed but looks clean, beautiful and natural. NOW My trees look clean, beautiful, balanced and natural. The only way I know that the trees were trimmed is because I watched the entire process AND all of the debris and broken limbs have been removed; and over growth has been trimmed back. I was very impressed with Arbor Aesthetics concern for the safety of its employees. The guys had hearing protection, head and face shields and the proper safety gear. They also worked very well as a team and they knew what they were doing. Anyone can hack a tree branch but skill and training are required to trim a tree well to preserve and enhance tree health and beauty. I would highly recommend Arbor Aesthetics and wIll hire them again! Fees are very competative. read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Arbor Aesthetics. I sent an e-mail to ask for a estimate to trim two trees and they called me that same day. The person that came and talked to me the next day was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and took notes. The estimate was at a fair price. I was very impressed with their professionalism. We scheduled a day for them to come. They came on time that morning with a large crew. They were very careful around our landscaping, house and patio and removed all the large limbs with no damage. They hauled all the limbs away and cleaned up everything. I could not tell they had even be there except for seeing that the limbs had been trimmed. They also followed my wishes and cut up and left 30 logs for firewood that I requested. This company was prompt, professional, polite, safety conscious, respectful of our property, followed my requests and cleaned up everything. This is the best tree trimming company in Omaha! Jeff's work is awesome. He actually cares about doing the job right, not just fast (or cheap), so that the trees benefit and remain healthy.
