I reached out to Greg after seeing his reviews on Yelp. He initially returned our call right away and promptly removed all the dead trees so I am very disappointed with the outcome. We trusted Greg and his crews with the work we hired him to do. I do not recommend Greg as he has demonstrated to us clearly that he does not care about doing the job right and completing it. I do not believe that customer satisfaction is his priority.

Darrin couldn't find it a few weeks later and ordered the wrong color. He also didn't measure all of the windows on my porch and ordered the wrong size. His solution for that was to add 1x's and 2x's to make the windows fit. Now it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I also pointed out concerns with siding that was installed incorrectly, the trim that wasn't cut correctly, and the gutters that were leaking. There has been no follow up since the work was 'completed', three years ago. Again, Darrin did great work with the insurance company. The follow through is lacking. And there has been no customer satisfaction after the fact.

I received several calls from the wonderful people that live near my Airbnb reporting this activity. Do know, if you hire this company for tree removal, you may end up liable for the negligent damage they may cause to your property as well as your neighbors. What James didn't realize is that this property is owned by a local attorney. When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence.
