i got my eyelashes done yesterday. the glue the woman used was extremely thick and very uncomfortable on my lash line, not to mention it smelled like chemicals! which i know normal glue has a slight chemical smell but this was very strong. my eyes were really irritated before she even finished. the lashes were just caked on my lash line. i unfortunately took them off and did not get a picture of them on but i would definitely not recommend getting extensions here read more

I would like to give this place 0 stars for the lack in care of customer satisfaction with their work. I went in with full eyebrows and came out with thin skinny, wrong shape eyebrows. The lady did them in 2 minutes. I've never had my eyebrows done that fast. On top of that, she didn't care to apologize and said to me, "nothing I can do now" in sarcastic tone. I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. Upon arrival, every chair was filled but the wait wasn't long. Sajani was my brow and upper lip specialist and she did such a thorough and quick job. I am always afraid of trying new places because I don't want my eyebrows too thin or hair left on my upper lip. I don't recommend going here. I have given this place 4 chances, hoping each time I go it will get better but it never does. I have had my eyebrows done by different people each time and they are not good. They don't take the hair out from the root and they always cut me at least once while threading. The last time I got my underarms waxed and I was burnt by the wax and it was so painful. Reasonable prices but I don't recommend them. read more

As a guy with limited eye brow experience, I find the place good. It's cheap. The salon isn't updated and the chairs need to be reupholstered. But it's eye brow threading not surgery. I'll be a regular because the price is right and my daughter and girlfriend approve of the results. read more

The staff at this location have not so nice attitudes, and are extremely unfriendly!!! They offer a special price on certain days for Eyebrow Threading but I don't think that it's worth it if the customer service isn't at its best. Also they do not listen to how you want your eyebrows to be shaped they do what they want so I won't return. Great Customer Service is Hard to come bye nowadays! One of the most horrible places to do your eyebrows and waxing. The lady who was working last Friday, did a sloppy job. She didn't even check if upper lip was clean properly. I came home and saw hair still there. I also did my underarms wax. OMG she burnt it by putting the wax multiple time and I had to put ointment when I came home. My armpits have burnmarks and discoloration from the awful wax job. I would surely not recommend anyone to go there. Worst Experience ever. read more

This was the worst threading experience of my life. I just walked out and was in utter shock at how uneven my eyebrows are. Anyone who has ever gotten their eyebrows done can tell when the threader is being careless. I didn't catch the woman's name who butchered my brows so I called back shortly after and expressed my dissatisfaction with their work. They were unapologetic and refused to disclose her name. They offer facials and waxing as well, but I wouldn't let them touch my face with a ten foot pole. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

I came here three times. The first two times I came on. Sunday and they did my eyebrows and lips very well deserved 5 stars. Then today, someone named Gle messed up my eyebrows one side is shorter than the other. I asked her to fix it and make it even she said she can't because my eyebrows are naturally uneven. However, I know she snipped one end shorter than the other. Instead of apologizing and fixing she kept saying she can't because that's how my eyebrows are shaped. Then with my lips.... I still have hair on my lips and I asked her to pull them out. She said my hair were bumps. Why am I paying for this...... She rushed us out at the end... I want my money back please then I'll consider coming back on a Sunday and not getting it from this person on a Saturday... read more

I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows but done and I highly regret that I did. The women there were unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, despite giving very clear instructions for how I want my eyebrows to look and even showing photos of my past eyebrows, they still messed it up. I left with my eyebrows thinned out (I have very thick eyebrows naturally) and a bunch of straw hairs that they refused to tweeze out. My eyebrows look like a thin uneven mess. My father went to go get his brows tinted there too and they made his eyebrows look worse than mine. My dad has very sparse and grey eyebrows and he wanted a natural tint to make them bolder. Instead, he walked out with eyebrows that look like Eugene Levy's from Schitts Creek. They didn't even have the decency to wipe off the tint when they were done with him and made him leave the store with thick black dye clinging to his eyebrows. From my tinting experiences in the past the women usually wipe it off for you and groom it. I am absolutely appalled with this place and will never bring my business here ever again. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Naina (sp?) had me check my eyebrows after she was done and there were some super obvious hairs left. When I pointed at them, she said, "they're ingrown but I'll try again." She tried again and guess what? They came out! (I do have a lot of ingrown hairs because I've been plucking, afraid to go to a new threading salon. I was asking her to remove the long hairs, not the ingrowns. I'm not completely unreasonable. But I digress...) This leads me to believe that she just skipped them the first time. I still wasn't satisfied but it was evident that Naina had no interest in doing a good job. I still tipped her, although not the $5 she felt entitled to (The cashier gave me all $5 bills as change, assuming I'd simply give one to Naina). I happened to walk in on a Sunday, which is when they do $5 threading. Maybe it was one of those "you get what you pay for" deals. It was my first time coming to Aaina beauty salon and also my last. I had called the salon a day prior to my visit asking if I should make an appointment for tomorrow for 2 people. The lady on the phone said no but when I got to the salon the next day she told me and my friend that she wasn't able to take us because I didn't make an appointment. I decided to go back two days later where it took her over 20 minutes to figure out how to redeem a Groupon. Keep in mind I told her I was using a Groupon when I called three days ago. She also insisted I not use a Groupon for future visits. She seemed mad that I was using a Groupon and gave me her flier with her waxing prices on it. The lady waxing had also asked my friend if she wanted a gown for $2 and my friend said no however she still gave my friend the gown. Once her session was over she processed to argue over a $2 gown that my friend never asked for. I got my legs, arms, and underarms waxed and left the salon bruised in multiple places. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR WAXING! If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. read more

Went there today; firstly the hygiene is not acceptable. She touched everyone's face while doing their eyebrows after touching the phone, money and everything else without washing her hands.
