We selected AJ's Landscape after requesting estimates for palm tree removal and general yard…read moreclean/maintenance because they were quick to respond and provided a very reasonable cost estimate. They were an excellent choice. They arrived on time, we reviewed the job scope, verified cost and they were quite supportive of a brief safety tail board (one of my requirements). We are so lucky that we got in contact with Garrett. He's reliable and honest. He responds to…read moretexts and calls quickly and is incredibly knowledgeable. We were nervous to hire a landscaper because of pricing and quality issues we have seen others have. He was up front with his pricing (his pricing is affordable and fair!) and sticks to the budget we agreed upon. He listened to our ideas and gave us his thoughts which was helpful because there were things/ issues we hadn't thought of. We have confidently referred a lot of our friends to him because we know they will be in good hands.

I called to get pricing, and had a nice chat with Nolynn. He gave me a good rate, and I decided to use their services to spread my new gravel in the backyard. The work itself was great, but I gave them two stars for some issues with communication and scheduling. I had e-mailed Nolynn on a Friday with some questions. I hadn't heard from him, so I left a voice mail on Saturday. He sent me a quick e-mail on Sunday. I got his voice mail again on Monday. I e-mailed him later that day (rock was being delivered on Tuesday, so timing was becoming an issue). He finally responded that they would be able to come on Thursday at 7:00 AM. That worked OK.... not great, but OK. I rescheduled the rock delivery for Wednesday. Then on Wednesday night he sent me an e-mail that they'd be at the house 9-10AM instead of 7:00. I wasn't thrilled, but it was too late to change landscapers at that point. With my wife waiting all morning for them to come, he called me at 10:15 and said that they'd run into problems at the job they were on. They'd be at my place "in an hour or so". It was 11:45 before they showed up! As I said before, the work quality was great and the pricing was fine (about the same as some other companies). Due to the communication and scheduling issues, I doubt if I'll use Wildcat again.

That's the kind of costumer service that is needed and ver appreciated. The 2nd clean was still not 100%, but honestly, I didn't have to clean so it's a win in my book! Thank you Scott for being great, and fixing the problem!!! This company at has a great special going in, $99 for 2 hours oF cleaning. I have a 2900sq for home so I didn't have HIGE expectations with a 2 hour clean, so when they showed up (an hour EARLY and woke us up) I let the ladies know to focus on the floors and bathrooms, my least fav thing to clean myself. There were 3 ladies, score, but then they told me the clean would be less then 2 hours a since there was 3 of them... ok. I left to take the kids to school and Caaba back 2 hours later. Bathrooms looks great, thank you. The floors don't look swept well at all, and theRes NO way they were mopped, and my house is all tile. Counter top os weren't wiped down, wood furniture not wiped down, no beds made, throw pillows just thrown in a pile. Since I didn't expect too much for $99, I expected a little bit better, especially with 3 women. They could have easily called me and offered more time for cleaning for more money, I would have paid more for the job to get done. Now I'm home, cleaning. I would recommend this $99 special for any home less then 1500sq ft. If I use this company again, I'll pay full price and expect a good cleaning.
