Now I need a new radiator, EGR system reset (thankfully that's under warranty), also left front wheel hub seal is leaking on the brakes (serious DOT violation and not covered under warranty), I had to purchased a new rear tire 8 days after driving off the lot, new mudflap 2 days after purchase, I had 2 diagnostics performed and now I need my brakes cleaned because the wheel hub leaked all over them. I contacted Daniel and he said he would, "...make it right if it's not under warranty." Today he says, "talk to Gavriel he needs to review and make a decision." I called Gavriel and he said, "Maybe a rock hit it." I literally had to laugh. My father drove trucks for 48 years and my brother has been operating semi trucks for 17 years and Gavriel texted me saying, "You don't know how trucks work". After such a short time after buying the truck from Mig, Gavriel says its "wear and tear" or " maybe a rock hit it". I went back and looked at the original photos of the truck from their website and couldn't believe there was only one mudflap in the original photos and this truck had a "fresh new DOT inspection performed". The mechanics at the shop where I had the diagnostics performed all laughed when they saw the dates from my purchase and said there is No Way this truck passed a Real DOT inspection. Gavriel said in a text, "when I man up we can talk", if he only knew the type of man I really am he would never have dared said such words. This was said after I had to hang the phone up from listening to his insanity. I had to laugh at the entire conversation especially when Gavriel said, "your trying to extort me". I emailed Mig all the invoices and diagnostics as proof of my troubles. I'm having so many issues with this truck after such a short time. And legally I'm stuck with it. They will continue to do business and blame their customers for "wear and tear", and make YouTube videos and smile and say, "we will work with you, our reputation is everything". If you are reading this review do NOT buy a truck from this shop. I'm smiling at this $4,000 repair bill and angry I didn't stay away from this dealership. "Wear and Tear" are you kidding me?

Shortly, after the purchase (( maybe two week)) I discovered a very frightening encounter on the highway that almost killed me and my passenger. The vehicle had the DEATH WOBBLE!!! Long story short, it sickens me to this day about my experience. Moral of the story, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

From day one, the liner looked sleek, solid, and professionally done--and it still looks just as good today. Seriously, it's held up beautifully against wear and tear, weather, hauling gear, and everything else life has thrown at my truck. The durability is exactly what you'd hope for: no cracks, peeling, or fading. It's as tough as it looks, and it's clearly built to last. Hats off to the team at Marietta Truck & Design--they did an outstanding job on the installation and delivered a product that not only performs but continues to look sharp long after the fact. If you're considering a bedliner, Patriot Liner is absolutely worth it--top-tier quality, impressive resilience, and a finish that holds up year after year.

ZERO STARS I can't speak for all of the Peach State Truck…read moreCenters, but I can attest to the one in Forest Park, Georgia. We took our truck in for a simple brake shoes and pads in November. See, peak season was about to happen and we were preparing our truck so we could make a decent amount of money since Christmas and Amazon was about to happen. First, they send us a quote for $1200 dollars for just this repair. Cool, we were happy with that. A little while late our $1200 dollar repair turned into $4500. Now let me break that stupidity down for you. We were told the mechanic couldn't get some of the old parts off of our truck due to it rusted so bad. We understood that since our truck came from the north. So reluctantly, we agreed to the repair. Then it gets even better. They need a certain part that every company doesn't seem to make anymore. Some spyder part. It's on backorder until the beginning of December. Mind you, they've had our truck a month by the beginning of December and told us we were unable to drive our truck off the lot because it was in pieces and they can't put it back together. We'd have to tow it. Seeing as how we had a huge repair bill, we decided to leave the truck there. Peak season was all of December, we'd at least catch the latter half. So I call a few days into December to check on the part cause these idiots don't keep you informed very well. Yes, it is on track for delivery. But wait, I call to check how long it will take for the repair, "Oh the part is on back order til Jan 17th." HUH? And we still can't take it off the lot cause according to the head foreman idiot, it was in pieces, he didn't recommend driving due to DOT violations and we'd have to tow. Hands tied, we wait until Jan 17th, now screwed because peak season is over and any trucker knows, peak season is a money making time. Jan 17th comes along and this part is still not available and I too, kept looking on my own during all this time. My father in law goes up there to look at the truck. Our truck that these idiots said was in pieces, was ALL PUT TOGETHER sitting in their lot. But wait, they said they couldn't get it back together on the truck cause it was so rusted. Okay, now my husband goes up there too. Same findings. Then when we wanted to take OUR truck back because WE OWNED IT, not Freightliner, they wanted to say no. We paid $500 or so in cash to get our truck out of their and we fixed it right outside their fence in front of their service department and guess what??? NO RUST WAS ON OUR DAMN TRUCK. THEY LIED CONTINOUSLY BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE A DOLLAR AND SCREW US. So we get out truck fixed, we bring it home and brake assemblies they say WERE SO RUSTED THE MECHANIC COULDN'T GET IT OFF, we took off ourselves in our driveway. Oh but wait, there's more. Since our truck sat there for 3 months, our transmission starting going out and our back end of our truck made noise. So I question if someone at Freightliner USED OUR TRUCK TO MAKE THEIR OWN DELIVERIES BECAUSE THAT TRANSMISSION WAS SOLID WHEN WE LEFT IT THERE. AND THEY GAVE US BACK A BROKEN TRUCK, LIED ABOUT THE REPAIRS NEEDED AND SCREWED US ROYALLY. Lesson learned is do your own repairs because this place, and I have read sooooooooooooooo many reviews since the, LIE and UPCHARGE YOU because they are EVIL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SMALL MAN. Not to mention, these idiots they have at the service desk counter have NO CLUE about these trucks parts. IF THE DIAGRAM THEY PULL UP DOESN'T SHOW IT, THEY CAN'T THINK FOR THEMSELVES AND FIGURE IT OUT. To say I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED is an understatement. So please, DO NOT take your truck here AT ALL. Go to McDonough in GA. THEY ACTUALLY CARE AND FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS FOREST PARK, GA CREATES. So BELIEVE all the bad reviews, because they are actually legitimate.

I hadn't been in the store a minute before he asked how could he help me. He asked for the order number, looked up the order and retrieved the part. Mind you, at this point maybe five minutes had passed. When I asked how heavy the part was, he said don't worry I'll take it out for you. He smiled throughout the entire transaction and stayed consistent with his EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY!!! He unconsciously conveyed to me how much he enjoyed being employed at this location. Keep up the good work Quran --- people notice kindness!!!!!

Battery check came back "good" but problem was not solved. (Battery is about a year old for context) -So we took it for a 2nd opinion at Stone Mountain Honda. Battery check came back "bad" and we were charged a $200 diagnostic fee. Told to replace it, etc. Spoke with Adrian who was defensive and abrupt to both my husband and I. -I wasn't comfortable paying $200 for a battery diagnostic fee considering it had just checked out at another dealer and I found it very suspect. I went to have it checked at AutoZone for a battery check there immediately right after. The AutoZone gentleman helping me was very informative and gave me a printout showing there was nothing wrong with my battery and it was "Good" He also shared with me that "at least ONCE a week he has a customer come over that has been to Stone Mountain Honda with a "bad battery diagnosis" and comes to find out there's nothing wrong with their battery when they do the report there at Autozone. We won't ever go back to Stone Mountain Honda again and would caution anyone needing dealer appropriate service to look elsewhere.

Wow... I can't believe all these negative reviews of this place…read more Tonia, Lance, Gary and Chris. The techs I dealt with that got me back on the road at neck break speed, for my condition. Before I begin, this is the very first 24/7 Peterbilt I've ever been to and I didn't even know they existed. Boy am I glad and boy did I get lucky. On my way to the flying hook, just south of Atlanta on the 75, at 1530 hours on a Thursday, I was planning on doing my 30 when about 10 minutes before arrival, my coolant light started beeping. Pulled in, open the hood and notice my reservoir was fatally low. Went inside, took a quick shower, bought some coolant and refilled my reservoir. Started the truck, walked around looking for leaks which I found several. I've only been out a week, and my truck was at the Peterbilt in Sparks for 12 weeks. So here I am panicking and near penniless. I noticed this Peterbilt literally a quarter mile or so away so I drove straight there. Tonia got me checked in immediately and got me a trailer tag to go drop my trailer in the back. By the time I returned she had left so I picked up with Lance. Explained my sitch and showed him pictures. He was very open and transparent to me and told me right off the bat, I may need a new radiator. There's a small chance that I wouldn't, but most likely I did. They got my truck in and diagnosed and reported. By around I think 1900, Lance came to me with the findings, and it was in fact a bad radiator. At least I wasn't surprised! Gary was the gentleman that came in to start third shift. This guy, saved me over $3k on a NEW Radiator, AND explained how. Just AWESOME! They both told me the techs would start on it right away. They have showers and a laundry room, so after a load of laundry, I caught a cab to a hotel. Shortly thereafter I got my estimate, which I approved obviously. This is where Chris comes in. He called me the next morning telling me every single step that was taking place, and that they would have my truck done by 1700!!! But I opted to stay in my hotel another night and pick it up this morning, because I would not have been able to find parking. This whole place took such great care of me. They are even able to get NTP to pay a portion of my bill! I'm very fortunate I had my issue exactly when and where I did, even though I was under a load. But 4 hours later, I'm in Brunswick waiting to make my delivery Monday. I couldn't have done it without you guys! Thank you Peterbilt of Atlanta! I hope to be back!
