These people are criminals and incompetent idiots. My experience is similar to other reviews. They…read moredon't return phones calls or emails. Lie about the work that needs to be done. Overcharge for service. They actually forced us to pay for a warranty repair. Wouldn't let us have our truck back until we paid them $4k for repairs that should have been covered under warranty. I'm sure they probably "double-dipped". More than likely charged us and turned in a warranty claim. One of the worst Freightliner dealers in the US. Avoid them at all costs.

**Zero Stars** I can't speak for all of the Peach State…read moreTruck Centers, but I can attest to the one in Forest Park, Georgia. We took our truck in for a simple brake shoes and pads in November. See, peak season was about to happen and we were preparing our truck so we could make a decent amount of money since Christmas and Amazon was about to happen. First, they send us a quote for $1200 dollars for just this repair. Cool, we were happy with that. A little while late our $1200 dollar repair turned into $4500. Now let me break that stupidity down for you. We were told the mechanic couldn't get some of the old parts off of our truck due to it rusted so bad. We understood that since our truck came from the north. So reluctantly, we agreed to the repair. Then it gets even better. They need a certain part that every company doesn't seem to make anymore. Some spyder part. It's on backorder until the beginning of December. Mind you, they've had our truck a month by the beginning of December and told us we were unable to drive our truck off the lot because it was in pieces and they can't put it back together. We'd have to tow it. Seeing as how we had a huge repair bill, we decided to leave the truck there. Peak season was all of December, we'd at least catch the latter half. So I call a few days into December to check on the part cause these idiots don't keep you informed very well. Yes, it is on track for delivery. But wait, I call to check how long it will take for the repair, "Oh the part is on back order til Jan 17th." HUH? And we still can't take it off the lot cause according to the head foreman idiot, it was in pieces, he didn't recommend driving due to DOT violations and we'd have to tow. Hands tied, we wait until Jan 17th, now screwed because peak season is over and any trucker knows, peak season is a money making time. Jan 17th comes along and this part is still not available and I too, kept looking on my own during all this time. My father in law goes up there to look at the truck. Our truck that these idiots said was in pieces, was ALL PUT TOGETHER sitting in their lot. But wait, they said they couldn't get it back together on the truck cause it was so rusted. Okay, now my husband goes up there too. Same findings. Then when we wanted to take OUR truck back because WE OWNED IT, not Freightliner, they wanted to say no. We paid $500 or so in cash to get our truck out of their and we fixed it right outside their fence in front of their service department and guess what??? NO RUST WAS ON OUR DAMN TRUCK. THEY LIED CONTINOUSLY BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE A DOLLAR AND SCREW US. So we get out truck fixed, we bring it home and brake assemblies they say WERE SO RUSTED THE MECHANIC COULDN'T GET IT OFF, we took off ourselves in our driveway. Oh but wait, there's more. Since our truck sat there for 3 months, our transmission starting going out and our back end of our truck made noise. So I question if someone at Freightliner USED OUR TRUCK TO MAKE THEIR OWN DELIVERIES BECAUSE THAT TRANSMISSION WAS SOLID WHEN WE LEFT IT THERE. AND THEY GAVE US BACK A BROKEN TRUCK, LIED ABOUT THE REPAIRS NEEDED AND SCREWED US ROYALLY. Lesson learned is do your own repairs because this place, and I have read sooooooooooooooo many reviews since the, LIE and UPCHARGE YOU because they are EVIL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SMALL MAN. Not to mention, these idiots they have at the service desk counter have NO CLUE about these trucks parts. IF THE DIAGRAM THEY PULL UP DOESN'T SHOW IT, THEY CAN'T THINK FOR THEMSELVES AND FIGURE IT OUT. To say I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED is an understatement. So please, DO NOT take your truck here AT ALL. Go to McDonough in GA. THEY ACTUALLY CARE AND FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS FOREST PARK, GA CREATES. So BELIEVE all the bad reviews, because they are actually legitimate.

PERSONAL BUS OWNERS BEWARE! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!…read moreWe took our bus here on Mon, Feb 3, for an appt for suspension repairs. They promised they would have the bus ready the following day; they reassured this multiple times because it was very crucial that we know how long we need other housing. We were a couple hours late due to extraneous circumstances (I am disabled, and my health is variable). We were told that because of that, they may need to keep it 2 nights instead of 1. Though not ideal, it felt reasonable enough. However, on the second day, they said they had not begun work on our vehicle yet because they were waiting on a part for another vehicle. We told them then, that if it would not be ready by the next day, we would just come get it and reschedule. They explained that the work would be done by EOD Wed but that an alignment would still be needed, and that was done by a different place. We accepted this with the promise that it would absolutely be done by Thu. The owner, Emanuel, told us that he would reimburse the additional hotel nights after the first 2 nights. I am disabled and have severe health issues. Since we were told we would only be out for one night, I only took 2 days of meds with us. With the new completion time, we told them that we need to get my meds. They said that would be fine and we could come the next day, Wed, to get it from the bus. We called in the morning to confirm that we could get the needed items. Once we arranged a ride, we called back to confirm that we would be able to access the bus since we may arrive close to closing. This time, they said that we would not be able to access the bus because it was in the bay being worked on. I reiterated it to them that I need meds and that we were told we could get them since they need the bus longer. I spent 2 full days without my necessary meds until they finally let my husband get them the next day. On Thu morning, we called to see when we could pick up; they said they would call back in an hour. After over an hour, WE called back, and they said they need another part that wouldn't arrive until Mon. Since our vehicle was now disassembled in the shop, we had no choice but to stay in a hotel for 4 more nights. On Mon, we called and they said call back in an hour. We called back an hour later, and they said the same thing. We told them that we had to check out of the hotel by 11; at just after 11 they said the bus would be finished today. At around noon they said they would call us back in a couple hours when it's ready. At 2, we had not heard back; we called and they said it was ready but their credit card system was down, and we need to pay cash. The sign on their door says they accept credit cards, and they had the same excuse about their system being out when we came for the initial inspection; it seems their credit card system is permanently down. When my husband arrived at the shop around 3 on Mon, Feb 10, the only person there would not tell him the balance so he could get the cash from the bank. They did not tell us what we owed until after 5 once all of the banks were closed, and they refused to accept any kind of card payment. Now, they were insisting that we send the money via Zelle. I did not feel comfortable sending $3k+ via Zelle to someone that I don't know. We repeatedly asked to speak to the owner and were denied. After my husband waited 4 hrs trying to pay to get our bus back, having left me outside our hotel with all of our things in my wheelchair, he gave up and came back to the hotel where we had to book another night. We spent over $700 on hotels while we waited for what was supposed to be one night in the shop. When we got the invoice, they discount for 1 hotel night, not the 5 extra nights as promised. The person who would not give us our balance or accept our payment on Mon refused to let us speak to the owner on Tue when we returned. We had no choice but to pay the balance in full to get back our property. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!

I called right before closing on Friday and Paul said if I didn't find anyone that could fix it to call him Monday. I called Monday and he said tow it here. Luckily I had free towing! And Paul Kept me informed and I worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible because he knew we needed to get home to Virginia. The owner called me today to make sure we made it home safely! They really care about their customers!
