DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Let me start with, they were two weeks late picking up our 5th wheel. Then they damaged it during transport, est. to repair $1876.12. After 6 months all I have gotten is the run around. AAA will not take reasonability, they say it the company that they hired to deliver the trailer is responsible. The company they hired (U2 hotshots) say they have filed bankruptcy. Bottom Line I'm out the cost of the repairs and they could care less. read more

Used this company back in October to transport my truck and horse trailer from the Midwest to Southern California. They were very good at communication and keeping me informed on the pick up and drop off dates. Unfortunately, those dates changed a few times to due to driver canceling and rescheduling almost last minute or else they would get 5 stars. The important things are that their prices are very reasonable and my vehicles arrived safely and in good condition. Will probably use them again if I need a long haul, and if punctuality is not imperative. read more

I agree with the other reviews, do NOT use this company! Richard is horrible at relaying information. After trying to find a driver for a transport for 5 days I provided him with an alternative, which he in-turn wanted to jack up the price on. If you have driver problems, think you compete with the manufacturers with jobs, have to deal with difficult driver personalities, that's your problem, not mine, the client. Drivers were promised to pick up within 24 hrs, but took nearly 6 days. If you can't deliver the original service and you incur more charges, that's your problem. After calling multiple times for a new estimate for a change in the load and other communication problems including refusal to hand me off to a manager or owner, Richard got nasty. I asked for my deposit back but he said I could not get the whole thing "according to the contract" which I never got. He could not give me a solid date of transport either. Well after agreeing on a price and contract for $1920.00 with a deposit of $525.00 paid up front to secure, Matt later came back and wanted another $500.00 for permits. But if you cancel you will lose your deposit after a week he said he found someone. Then I got a email saying the balance to be paid to the driver was $1500.00 which was $105.00 more than was due. The driver got the permits and I did pay him because that was his price so he would not be at a loss. So Matt makes $525.00 and does not give me a credit back on my card. "I think he is just a man who needed money and had a truck" is how I would describe my experience. Booking through Keith was very organized and helpful. Everything was set up in a timely manner and Keith was very nice. However, the driver was completely unprofessional. I had given information about my 5th wheel 1989 Country Aire camper while booking for the initial quote. The driver's name was Chris. The night before my camper was to be picked up from Inverness, Florida to Haines City, Florida I was called by the driver asking about the 5th wheel as if it was a problem. There were phone calls going back and forth between me, the driver, and the lady I bought the camper from. In the end, everything was fine. The driver also told the lady I bought the camper from (who had no interaction with booking this shipment) that he would pick up the camper around 12-1 pm. Assuming it had been picked up, the lady texted me around 2 pm saying he still was not there. A few hours later, I get a text from the lady saying the driver had a flat tire which was not communicated to me by the driver. The driver arrives in Inverness and departs around 4:45 pm- 4 hours after the time expected. He also did not tell me he picked it up, the lady I bought it from did. Once she informed me he picked it up, I texted him asking for his ETA so I could meet him in Haines City, and if there were any delays to let me know. An hour later, he texts me his ETA is 6:20 pm. The time is 6:20 and my boyfriend and I are waiting for the camper to be dropped off. At 6:30 he was still not there, so I texted him for an update. He then called me and said he was 8 miles away but the GPS said 20 minutes. He also tells us that we will need a jack as he does not have one and they had to use a jack to get the camper on the truck. Freaking out, my boyfriend nor I have a jack and are told to get one. I called Keith back to discuss my problems with the driver and Keith reassures me that the driver was not up to company standard but told me to get a 2-ton jack from the auto zone and once we are finished to return it and get our money back. At 7:20, the driver tells me he is here but he does not know where to go (as he had the address and lot # but missed the community entirely). I give him directions to where we are and he backs in the camper. Once back in, he once again asks us for a jack which we assured him we do not have/cannot get because I have a small car and my backseat was full (we were not told we needed a jack until 20 minutes before it was delivered). The driver is getting cinder blocks and wood out to level the stands and looks at me and says "Wheres your boyfriend? Get him to help me with this. I have a sprained ankle". Finally, the camper is unhooked and I give the driver the money. He looks at me and my boyfriend and says that we made a mistake buying this camper, but we're young and we will learn. He then asked for our ages and said "shame. Well, next time you need this thing moved you have my number, and if you're looking to buy another camper or trailer call me because I sell them". Once he left, after being astonished at what had just gone on, we were very disappointed. We had access to a truck, a jack, gas, etc. but we paid $970 for a professional to do it. I would not be as mad with the experience if I had not paid all that money, however, it was not worth the money. Terrible experience with this company. After booking a load with them they cancel the load (because the load wasn't ready)complaining that I called their customer to ask for direction. I lost one day for my driver, they didn't want to pay any detention for load being canceled. Richard was the one that book the load with us, but customer service and a bad attitude! read more

Be very careful with this transport service. You don't get your deposit back even when they can't deliver. I needed a horse trailer hauled, not pulled. Richard stated they could load it onto a flatbed by backing it up the ramps. But before they look for a carrier they will charge your card a deposit. In 21 days they found 2 carriers. The first Richard cancelled because he didn't have any ramps. The 2nd showed up but couldn't load the trailer because the ramps were too short. After talking with 4 horse trailer dealerships I found out you can not load horse trailers this way. I wanted to cancel my agreement, since they couldn't do it and I wanted my deposit back. Since that date Richard has been pushy and rude. He has pushed back and had not refunded the money even though the contract states they will only keep it if a carrier is assigned, which it wasn't. I have had to go through my credit card company to get my deposit back. read more

I went in contract to ship my vehicles in November 2019, with a future ship date between May to August of 2020. I called to finalize a movement date in July 2020, which never happened and was given one excuse after the other. Had to push the pickup with a window of July 27th to August 3rd and of course it was one excuse after the other. So now I'm in NY and my vehicles are still in Arizona in storage which is an additional cost for me. I really believe this company is a scam. read more

Office Phone Number: (561) 249-4679 I signed a contract for almost $2,000 and put down a 25% deposit of this total on my Bank Card. The sales person helping me was extremely knowledgeable providing all the information I needed to ship my RV, and I was very sissified. I even stated that if the pickup and delivery of my RV went as well as how he worked through this process I would be one extremely happy camper. WELL THINGS DID NOT GO AS WELL, in fact the rest of the services from AAA Transport Solutions were a DOWN RIGHT DISASTER. Five (5) days prior to the delivery date . I called the company to check up and assure the plans were still in place as they had outlined over two weeks ago. To my dismay the person I had been working with had a family emergency and had to take a leave of absence and they were unable to even locate my job. Although they stated they would call me back they never did even though I called them three (3) additional times that day. They kept telling me that they were down on staffing and had a huge work load so I would simply have to wait for them to call me back as they were "swamped". The following day I was forwarded to the dispatcher. He stated that he couldn't find any information on the driver that had been assigned to my job. He also said he would start working my job and get back to me. Having not heard from him I called back later in the day, He said he was still working it. I never got a call back. Later that week the dispatcher suggested that the payment for a driver was too low and that we needed to increase the payment. So we did, still no driver. Being five (5) days past the day the 5th wheel had been promised to be picked up and still with still no confirmation of a driver being assigned (no pickup date, no delivery date, no driver name, no driver phone number) I contacted another transport company recommended to my by a friend. Within 3 hours I had a driver's name, the driver's phone number, the driver's e-mail, a pickup date, delivery date and a price that was over $600 less than AAA Transport Solutions was charging. The driver picked up the 5th wheel the next day before 7:00 am, provided ongoing feedback on how the trip was progressing, delivered the 5th wheel in two days and spent time assisting to park it exactly where we wanted it and even leveling it. I contacted AAA Transport Solutions and requested my money be refunded since their company was unable to provide the services I contracted them for. They stated that they had a driver and that it was my fault they did not provide services because I went and hired another company. I explained to them that they did not have a driver or they would have provided me with a name, phone number and pickup date. I had none of those. They said they would have their accounting department contact me to resolve the situation but they doubted that they would agree to refund all of my money. OK, it's been 5 days and no contact from their accounting department, which is no surprise at all to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had them tow my 2018 Brand New 5th wheel from Kissimmee, FL to Las Vegas, NV. They broke one of my slides in my living room, broke the handles to my grey and black tank, in addition to a water leak in the back bedroom and used my 5th wheel for their personal enjoyment. There was NEVER any reason to use my RV for any reason they said they were taking it around the storms when there was none they took it driving around the UNITED STATES To visit family and friends it does not take 6 1/2 days to get to Vegas from Florida. We purposely did not fill our tanks and then the wife Kelli stated " I went into your RV to make sure nothing was broken or damaged and saw a bowel in the sink and washed it because it smelled " how can someone wash something without water proof that they used it for personal use and they forgot to take there trash with them. We're ocd and have a certain way of doing things and leaving things and they moved and disconnected our stuff which again is proof they used our RV for personal use and we're retaining a lawyer for the damage and violation of personal property. They were supposed to deliver it and not use it for personal use. Unless you want to be violated then go ahead and use them. Would have given - stars if possible. Booked transport 2 months in advance for my 5th wheel. They canceled a driver on me then sent a driver with a truck way to small to handle the load. Then finally when a driver did come with the proper truck we were 2 weeks over the final/latest pickup time i gave them. Turns out when the rv was moved again AAAs driver had burnt up all the breaks :( Guess thats how thet made it from NY to FL in less than 2 days (fly fast & ride the breaks). Also had a 8 ft long scratch on one side and a chunk of the fiberglass missing. That's why they decided to deliver right before dark i guess. $2000 down the drain plus my repair money read more

This is the worst transport business on the planet. They were supposed to pick up my shipment yesterday 3/2/18, never showed. Said truck was in route this morning, 3/3/18, would pick shipment up by noon. It's now 4:43 and not only has no one heard from them on either end, no one will answer their 24 hour customer service number, all mail boxes are full, you can't even leave a message. They have my $472.50 deposit and I have no service. You'll be very sorry if you call this company for your shipping needs. I sure am. read more

Like fools we paid them and they refuse after 6 months to give our money back. At this point we have our attorney fixing to sue them for our money back and our legal fees. Tells me the day they are suppose to move it at the time they are suppose to move it that he can't find a driver "but the day is not over" and he is screaming this at me. He tells me that he doesn't appreciate how I am speaking to him and that I should understand he has alot of other work to do, because this place moves thousands of trailers out of Indianna. Well 2 weeks later they have still not refunded my money, I found someone else to move it and had to pay them. I called and they said the owner would get back to me and he never did! Can't believe these guys. For the last 10 years I've worked with dozens of transport companies professionally, doing many hauls year round, this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with one. I was doing four hauls with these guys, paid em for all four, the forth haul got cancelled. Now they wont pay me back $1,600 they were paid for work they never performed. I was told by Aubrey (accountant) that two $800 payments would be sent, one on 6-23-19 and another the following week. That was a month ago. Now they are telling me she shouldn't have said that and not to bother contacting my civil attorney because it wouldn't do any good. Yeah right, if that's how far it goes it's gonna cost em a lot more than $1,600. These people are dishonest. I've been lied to, strung along, brushed aside and even during the transport process, made to feel like I, the customer, didn't matter at all. The owner "Danny" is supposed to be calling me to try n make it right. I'm still waiting "Danny".They'll never get my $$ again and hopefully not yours either. I am currently using AAA transport solutions, the date today is February 28, 2018. I am dealing with MATT who I just got off the phone with. When he sold me this contract he said and we agreed on a pickup date of the 26/27th of February, those dates came and went with absolutely NO CONTACT from the people I have ENTRUSTED with my HOME!!! When I do call him, today, I started off with wanting to know what is going on and why I have not heard a word from him.. He goes off line to check dispatch, the trailer contract is waiting at dispatch for assignment to a driver, and that is all he had to say. I am now upset that he has not fulfilled the FIRST obligation of this contract, he talked over me when I was talking then lied and said I was doing it.. he expected me to hang up not knowing WHEN someone was going to get my trailer!! I Have also asked him to send the contract again because I accidentally lost it, THAT has not happened, He had NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I AM NOW waiting to hear from him TOMORROW! about when the driver will be en-route!! he also tried to cancel this contract in the middle which would leave me with my trailer sitting in Gold Beach Oregon while I am in Washington! what a great guy!!
