Obviously a bait and switch tactic as the one he reserved for me wasn't big enough for a Honda Civic. But he had another one. Just cost another $10. Complete scam. Avoid. They will find anyway they can to screw you over.

I rented this unit online…read more(first mistake) because the price was really good for a 10 x 10 unit and I needed to move quickly. Went to check it out before move in and found that not only was there no locked entry gate ( as the website claims), and no lock provided (there was supposed to be one), but the unit had a large pile of human excrement in a corner and on the wall. I immediately called the facility manager but was put on hold for over half an hour. No one ever answered. I was fortunately able to terminate the agreement online, and I hope there aren't any problems going forward regarding my credit card, since I was required to select Autopay when I signed up. I would not recommend that anyone use this facility. Lesson learned: always check out the facility first if possible, before signing up for anything.
