It took 1 week to get the vehicle into the shop, 2 weeks after it went into the shop, I was told they do not do transmission work on my type of vehicle, At no time during the 3 weeks prior was I ever told they wouldn't work on it. On my google maps review, the owner responded: "I'm sorry we hurt your feeling". At no point did they apologize for not informing me they would not be fixing my transmission. This looks like they really do not care about customers to respond so callously. Charging someone for an engine diagnostic when knowing you will not complete the work is unethical and deceitful. There is no telling how many other customers that have done this to that have not reported the instance.
