He responded to the request and showed up as quickly as he could. He was incredibly patient and kind to a stressed out mom stuck on the side of the road hours from home. After switching out the tire for the spare along a busy highway, in the dark, and making sure the spare had enough air - he made it so we had space to get back on the highway with all the traffic and then stayed behind us till we hit the next exit. There are no words to describe how thankful I am that Jesse responded to the roadside assistance request tonight. Took my 2007 Jeep Compass to Ferguson's Auto Repair because it was very sluggish. They diagnosed…read morethe problem as a very expensive maniverter and was going to charge $130 for the estimate whether I had it fixed or not. I had them fix it, and the bill was over $1,300. It was higher than the estimate because they said it had a second catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. The same day I got the vehicle back I noticed the windshield wipers were not working, so I popped the hood. My battery cover that attaches to the air intake system was missing! I called immediately, and the mechanic said he had the missing part he just happened to forget to put back on, and he would also plug the windshield wipers back in. While he was doing these things, he also noticed that he had left off the weather stripping under the hood. To make things worse, the next mechanic said they replaced the second catalytic converter with a cheap universal one that was welded in place.

My sister had her car repaired here after hitting a deer. Her local mechanic (who had been…read moremaintaining the car for years) inspected the car thoroughly and found that all fluids were full and there were no leaks whatsoever before delivering the car to Collision Specialists. After a lengthy delay due to shortage of parts, my sister finally got her car back around Christmas. After only 25 or 30 miles, the engine light came on and the car started smelling hot so she stopped driving the car and had a friend check the engine oil as well as the transmission oil. The trans oil was about 1 quart low. My sister's mechanic then inspected the car and discovered that the engine had blown - most likely a spun engine bearing. I called Collision Specialists and was told that they did not make any repairs to the coolant or transmission cooler lines and that they never had this happen in 30 years of being in business. The car is a Toyota Camry with 150,000 miles and was very well maintained - coincidence? Something is fishy here......
