The folks here are top notch. Had a weather change and our tires were low. We just needed air. They were so kind.

I had great service from Collision Specialists several times in the past but took my car (2000…read morePontiac, original owner) there for a routine oil change and air conditioning service and was told I needed a $500 A/C compressor even though the air conditioning was working fine before that. A short time later I noticed my negative battery cable was cut almost straight across. I can't say for certain who cut the cable, or if they did anything to my A/C compressor, but I would be careful.

My sister had her car repaired here after hitting a deer. Her local mechanic (who had been…read moremaintaining the car for years) inspected the car thoroughly and found that all fluids were full and there were no leaks whatsoever before delivering the car to Collision Specialists. After a lengthy delay due to shortage of parts, my sister finally got her car back around Christmas. After only 25 or 30 miles, the engine light came on and the car started smelling hot so she stopped driving the car and had a friend check the engine oil as well as the transmission oil. The trans oil was about 1 quart low. My sister's mechanic then inspected the car and discovered that the engine had blown - most likely a spun engine bearing. I called Collision Specialists and was told that they did not make any repairs to the coolant or transmission cooler lines and that they never had this happen in 30 years of being in business. The car is a Toyota Camry with 150,000 miles and was very well maintained - coincidence? Something is fishy here......
