He responded to the request and showed up as quickly as he could. He was incredibly patient and kind to a stressed out mom stuck on the side of the road hours from home. After switching out the tire for the spare along a busy highway, in the dark, and making sure the spare had enough air - he made it so we had space to get back on the highway with all the traffic and then stayed behind us till we hit the next exit.
