We renovated our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, converted a family room to bedroom/office, changed all our windows and doors, repaved a walk way, and painted the house. Initially quoted as a 3-4 month job, but since my parents didn't want to leave the house the quote changed to 5 - 6 months. Philly was very accommodating to work around them by doing multiple demos and completing parts of the renovation to allow them to stay.
