He said "I don't have to fix it"and went on to say "what you have to do is...'' This company did not take the responsibility for a problem he and his crew created. The right thing to do would have been to come out to assess the situation himself and fix the issue. I do not recommend them as you will be left to deal with any problem that may arise afterwards.

It took us a number of months to get the project underway, but when we were ready it was as if Alan was there the day before and knew exactly what the project entailed and got to it. The quality of service was the most unprofessional and below quality standards. In fact it was so bad I have video and pictures of the outcome giving Mr Jose multiple opportunities to make things right. I literally am going to spend about $800 to fix his damages and possibly more. This guy apparently hires contractors or people off the street and brings them into your property not knowing who they are nor their background and quality of work. He had two gentlemen that were arguing inside the first day and apparently he didn't know who they were. These guys told me they were hired by him and he was not prepared with any of the materials which made him late each day as he told me a specific time to be there we were all there and he never showed up till about an hour later stating that he forgot some materials and had to go to home Depot. There is plenty more to the story I have just spent two days with Jose and 12 to 14 hours each day yes that many hours my whole weekend and I lost a lot of money at this point. He did not deserve the money I ended up paying him after he left there was so much spray over damage my carpet damaged my walls I'm going to have to repaint the whole place again damaged my fans that I lend him in his crew I have no problem lending people things as it's hot or they may forget a hammer here and there but for them to destroy my fans I have paid for brand new all full of paint and overspray one of the fans is a solar power that cost me $75. That's not even a couple of months old. I've lost a lot of money have to replace new blinds the overspray was all over the windows walls door handles power cords just a horrible job. Every day he had an excuse this guy should not be a handyman nor should he be out there doing work. My experience these are facts not somebody that just made this stuff up. He also messed up our gate. He admitted he didn't know how to fix the gate. He actually ripped us off. After looking at gate he broke it more.

I engaged ZG Concrete for a 3 part project for my home: Complete replacement of the whole…read moredriveway, back patio, and front walkway. The old structures were 50+ years old and in poor condition, and a weak point in the look and function of the property. ZG quoted the job quickly and accomodated the addition of the front walkway when it was obvious that was an easy additional item to have replaced. Communication with ZG was great for the whole project. I received a fairly detailed quote and payment schedule. When the work started, it was swift and proceeded along at an efficient rate. The job was done start to finish in a week. For this job I was looking for quality. Speciflcally I wanted correctly sized rebar used for the entire project, the use of rebar chairs, quality expansion joint wood, correct grading of all surfaces, and crews who know what they're doing. ZG delivered all of that. The tie-in to the city street was done corretly, with a hefty beam at the start of the driveway with rebar set into holes drilled into the street. The final driveway was finished with a brushed texture and smooth edges all the way around. The stamped concrete on the walkway and patio was colored, finished, and sealed, and mimics the look of natural stone. When I hire a comany, I am looking for variety of things including personable people who have an eye for quality. One can always find a cheaper bid from a company who cuts corners and delivers an inferior product. I wanted great lookling, high quality final results that would last decades. If you're going to buy a lot of concrete and pay to have it installed, it makes sense to ensure that the underlying details such as rebar, grading, and fit and finish are also done correctly. Julian and Waleed are working hard to produce quality end products for their customers. I would easily use ZG again and would certainly reccomend them.

And just recently had the entire patio resurfaced from a brushed finish to a patterned cool deck finish with paint. To date have no issues with the work done. At the time work was being done the crews were conscientious about their work and cleaned the work site. I have recommended to family and friends. Kevin McGrath and his entire team did an excellent job from beginning to end. He responded to my initial request for a quote within an hour and set an appointment and showed up on time. He had a quote back to me within hours. I requested quotes from five other builders, one never called me back one schedule appointment but never showed and three came out to do a walk over to provide a quote. One quote was more expensive by a third the other was competitive but took three days to provide me the pricing after I had to request two additional times and one to this day still hasn't provided a quote, I guess there is such a thing as having too much business. The competitive bid and the absolute excellence in customer service Kevin showed is the reason I went with him. The results I got in my product is second to none. My covered patio turned out better than I could have a dreamed. On time and on budget!
