Horrible experience with this company. They charged me a total of $455. I had to pay it before…read morethey would "fix" my generator. So I paid the total, including the part and after they installed it, it did not fix the problem. They put my old part back in and wanted to order another part and try it. They obviously did not know what they were doing and I no longer wanted their services. Since they kept the new part, I asked for the money back only for the part, $80. They refused and actually wanted to charge me another service call since they came out twice, makes no sense. They were very unprofessional and have no idea how to run a business or repair generators, other than swapping out parts. There is a lot more to this story but trying to keep it short. Don't waste your time with this company.
