We noticed belatedly on the web the opening hours were Mon-Fri (and we had a weather window to cross the Gulf Stream early Monday - sailing!!). Texted Albert (owner) after we landed ashore at Key Biscayne and were already taking public transport into Miami. He replied promptly and said he'd meet us at the warehouse to pick up if we got there by early afternoon that same day (Sat). Phew. Nice guy. Previous sailor himself. Office clerk also followed up on Monday to be sure all was sorted. Good customer service. Note: cash, Zelle or Venmo. No credit cards (unless he knows you personally as a long-standing / legitimate client). Will shop with Albert/ Marine Warehouse* again. *this is not a store, but a front counter if going to buy/pick up in person. He mostly ship parts to where needed.

VooDoo Motorsports fixed our dingy motor and impressed us greatly in the process. From the initial…read morephone call to the delivery of our repaired motor within the promised time frame, VooDoo's service rocks. The best part was when the service tech sent pictures of the work in progress. We could see exactly what was being done and what we were paying for. Before returning the motor, the tech sent a video of it working perfectly in the shop. Then at delivery, he ran it again to show us that all was well. VooDoo Motorsports does so much more than motorcycles: boat motors, electronics, bottom paint. Next time we need work done, we will check with VooDoo first. If they do it, we are going there.

I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

We spent over $4000 with them to have to go and find another place to fix all the issues they said they fixed. Please be very careful" They are a bunch of thieves, i took my previous 2005 Travel trailer to have a few things fixed including resealing the roof and windows..... They did not properly seal the roof, the did a lousy job reasealing the windows all the caulking was out and grey instead of the white it should have been done with... I cannot tell you how much i regret every second of my life taking my trailer to them....please stay away!!!!! Drive a few miles more to another rv repair shop...
