When it comes time to secure your investment for any move it's worth finding the guys that care about what they do. Truly one of the finer experiences I've had. They not only build fantastic trailers but are willing and eager to give advice. I have spoken on the phone with them 3 times looking to add an electronic jack to my trailer and they actually did the internet search for me and gave me a bunch of suggestions. As a family owned and operated business, we are located in Miami, Florida and have a strong business presence in the southeast United States. We also ship nation-wide and internationally. Real X Trailers builds quality aluminum trailers designed for salt water applications. We take pride in our product and stand behind it. I decided to build a trailer that I would be proud to display my boat on. It was equivalent to the pride and joy one feels when you jump on your boat and head out for a beautiful day. It made perfect sense to build an American Made aluminum and stainless-steel trailer that was not only extremely reliable but also beautiful. We are a family owned and operated business that has been building works of art since 2002. However she seemed more enthusiastic in selling her experience to my fiancé rather than listening when we shared our genuine interest in purchasing a food truck and/or trailer. She also bad mouthed competition which was not a good point of sale. She did not only lose a potential sale but she also left a bad taste of the business over all. The sad part is that this company was suggested from a friend who was also interested in purchasing several trailers. It was a waste of time for us both and a huge disappointment when this company seemed to be very knowledgeable. Very unprofessional experience. She did not care to even know my name. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Stopped at Hitch King to have an RV propane tank refilled. My tank is a 7.5 gallon tank that…read morealways takes about 7.1 gallons to fill from empty (I've had it filled dozens of times). Propane prices right now range from about $2.80 to $3.20 across the entire US (which I've just driven - filling up along the way), so my tank always costs $20-$23 to fill from empty. The owner walked out to the propane shed, hooked the filler up to my tank, opened the valve, and started filling. (He didn't open the bleed valve on my tank at all - which would show when my tank was getting full.) He kept the doors to the filling station almost closed, and kept his body between me and any view of the meter. I moved aside to try to see the meter, and he moved again to block me. After a couple minutes, he shut off the pump, unhooked the fill hose, and closed the doors - being apparently extra careful to not let me see how much was dispensed. "That's thirty bucks even," he said. "We only take cash." and held out his hand. I handed him $30 cash, which he put into his pocket. No cash registers, no receipt, (and therefore probably no taxes paid.) When I got back home, I confirmed that my tank was about 2/3 full, so I paid $30 cash for about $15 worth of propane. Shaaaady.

They did not properly seal the roof, the did a lousy job reasealing the windows all the caulking was out and grey instead of the white it should have been done with... Kevin, the service tech, not only diagnosed and fixed my problem, but answered a "ton" of questions I had about the motorhome. A few weeks later I ran into another unrelated problem, this time requiring a part, I shortly received an estimate, approved it, part was ordered and installed quickly. All work is warrantied. I am in the ac service industry myself, when I tell you this is a quality service company, you can believe I know it. From the get go he has been very dishonest with me about the condition of the boat as well as the mechanics of the engine. These are the first impressions I got from him, how am I to trust him about anything else related to purchasing a boat. Another thing is I cannot find him as a licensed broker nor is he attached to lifestyle marine as a broker/ employee. Many red flags about this man. I would caution anyone that has dealing with him. I've dealt with many very professional brokers in my years of purchasing boats/ being in the industry, he doesn't hold anything compared to the honest brokers I've met.

Customers and Vendors Beware, do not buy anything from this shop. Unfortunately, I have been receiving too many calls from past clients. I sold the shop to Carlos Lopez two years ago and he has destroyed the reputation of Real X Trailers and has managed to rip everyone off along the way including me. Whatever story they give you is a big scam, it's a con. If you've already given money, try to get it back ASAP and pursue legal means if necessary before he is gone. I would avoid doing any kind of business at all with this individual unless you're willing to throw your money away read more

I can't say enough about Real X Trailers. Customers mean everything to them and so does their product. During my interests in the beginning, Moises and I basically built a relationship. He was honest and was willing to provide any and all information on making a sound decision. Once I decide to get the trailer, they seriously over build my trailer and wouldn't allow the trailer to leave until it met a rigorous inspection process. This is my 2nd trailer from these guys. I wouldn't go anywhere else... top quality, attention to detail, great price and most of all... extremely helpful! Eddie & Mo went above and beyond to build my trailer for a 32' Intrepid. Not only did they follow thru on all that they said they would do... they delivered it to my door which was never discussed during the entire transaction!!! I have purchased several trailers over the last few years only to be disappointed with cheap parts and bad customer service. These guys knock it right outta the ball park. I walked in with references from two personal friends and received a warm welcome, a personal tour of the plant and explanation of the manufacturing process. Once that was done Moses gave me an on the spot quote and a timeline of when I would receive my trailer. The time was 3 weeks, I got my trailer in 15 days.
