He came out today and was still patient and accommodating even though I was running late from work. Mr. Kim is not only friendly and professional, but clearly experienced, he was in and out in about 15 minutes, all while keeping a light, casual conversation going. Honestly, he could probably do this in his sleep! What really stood out, though, was how affordable his service was. Unlike other locksmiths who either quote ridiculously high prices or don't bother responding at all, Mr. Kim offered great value and excellent service. She gunned her car backwards up my driveway-- with the hatchdoor open. Yep. The open hatch caught on my open garage door and ripped it off the track. (Her car didn't fare much better.) Enter George from Sevan Locks & Doors. George answers his phone! We made an appt to have the door fixed the next day. Boris came out and fixed it! Reasonable fee and excellent work. Thank you George & Boris. I found Sevan locks & doors on the BBB website. They were the only company in this area to have an A+ rating with no complaints. He does excellent work and went above and beyond. In addition to replacing all the locks and making us new keys, he made a key for the shed in the backyard, he fixed a couple of the locks so they would work better, and he replaced one of the knobs with some extra hardware I had. The price is super reasonable, and Kevin is not the type to "nickel and dime" each little thing he does. He is also very responsive over text and is a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough for locksmithing services.

I scheduled a time and place to have a key I ordered delivered he proceeded to arrive an hour after Dicks Towing closes. He then arrived with the key that he ordered that he could not program so he started he had to drive home to drop off his wife and get another programming board. While waiting I found one of the original spare keys that came with the vehicle. One hour and a half later he returns but does not return with the key I ordered. He just reprogrammed the original spare key. Despite numerous attempts to meet up and have the key I ordered given to me, he has been evasive or non-responsive to calls and texts. Find a better option than this guy.

I requested service to unlock a deadbolt in the home which became accidentally locked from the…read moreinside. The deadbolt is an older model and had several coats of paint on it from previous owners. I was never given an estimate upon arrival of the locksmith - only the final value at the very end which was extremely high. In addition the locksmith seemed unfamiliar with this particular task and was not interested in hearing any additional information I attempted to offer. Once he was able to get the door open he also declined removing the remains of the deadbolt (which ended up getting completely drilled through) although this would have been relatively easy for him. Additionally he had a can of WD40 which was somehow punctured and sprayed everywhere inside of my house until we took the can and put it in a trash bag and ran outside of the house. Overall I would not recommend this service.
