He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He made the booking process quick, easy and stress free. We used their party bus which was fully equipped with Ice, waters, amazing lighting, comfortable seats, TV's & microphones . We didn't know if we should upgrade to the karaoke package but after being in the bus for a few min it was a no brainer. The driver gave us a few microphones and set the tv screen to sing along to all our favorite songs. The driver was on time at every stop and made sure we had all made it back safe before we would head to our next spot. All in all this company exceeded my expectations.
