She was so patient, so kind, and our people really connected with her. She handled every situation with professionalism and class. We felt pampered indeed! And your bus was first class! Very deluxe indeed! Very clean and everything worked - the wifi, the mics, the plugs, the seat belts, the lighting (we loved the rainbow of colors available). However, were not allowed to board the cruise. Donna Bryan recommended insurance. However, no insurance refund occurred because the trip was not canceled 24 hours before departure. A subject matter expert (Travel Agent) should have known what documentation was required.
