Was looking at flowers for my grandmothers funeral and I chose this florist. I chose them mainly because of their affordable prices. Their service was beyond amazing because I placed the order the evening of the day before I needed the flowers. I posted that I needed the flowers the next morning and preferably early morning. STOP and read you won't be sorry! I had been looking for a good trust worthy reliable florist for sometime in the Inland Empire. My sister had recommended AAA florist in Corona for a long time but I never made a personal connection with an actual person at AAA. I had a very important religious event that I needed four sizable arrangements and I only had one week left to order for that following weekend. My sister took me to AAA and the owner Hillary was absolutely amazing. She made me feel calm when I was anxious about what flowers I wanted. Hillary is not your every day florist, she is an artist. She did a spectacular job and with an event of over 1200 people at that location EVERYONE commented on the beautiful arrangements! Thank you Hillary for making our most important day of the entire year a very fond memory of a beautiful night with gorgeous flowers! I have found my new favorite florist and the price seemed to be surprisingly reasonable. I was shocked the value I got. If you want to rest at ease that your flowers will be beautiful when you send to someone for a special occasion-call Hillary! No need to call anyone else...she is the best and she showed up exactly on time, and the entire shop seems to just plain care and that is a thing of the past in most businesses especially after COVID.

I ordered flowers the day before thinking they would get there in a timely matter the following day. The point was to put someone having a rough time in a better mood. I finally called in the afternoon to ask what's going on with the delivery and it was extremely unprofessional and all the girl could tell me was "sometime before 7pm" and gave me a smirky "yep that's all I can tell you". If I had known that I would have never ordered from them. Very disappointed and will never use them again. I only hope whenever they do show up they are worth the money I spent. read more

I was desperate for a florist to be open on a Sunday & found AAA Florust. The ladies were extremely helpful & very creative since I needed multiple things in a hurry. I went here to buy a corsage for the daddy daughter dance tonight. When I called earlier in the day to inquire they told me that it would be no problem to have it ready before the dance and it would be about $18 which was fine. I went and paid and was told to come back at 5:30 to pick it up. It was ready at 5 which I thought was great. When I picked up the corsage I noticed a very small brown spot and tear on the pink rose petal. I though hump ok my daughter will still love it. My husband gave it to her she was extremely excited and pleased with the corsage. The dance started at 6:30 and ended at 8. My daughter showed me her corsage when she got home at 8:15 and the flowers were shriveled up and dead. $18 for Flowers that she couldn't enjoy longer than 1.5 hours??This place does not have to worry about me or anyone else I know returning. read more

AAA Florist helped me celebrate my mom's birthday - on time and on budget without having to lower my expectations of quality. I ordered my mom the pink carnation birthday cake to arrive at her work with the request it be delivered before 4:00 p.m. They delivered it to her right after lunch time and it completely made her day. It looked exactly like the photo on their website and smells divine. She was so happy with it, she shared it on Facebook and made it her profile picture. I got flowers delivered for my Anniversary and wasn't too happy with how open the rose buds came since normally I my flowers last fr about a week. I called the flower shop directly, and they resent me a new flower arrangement today. You can totally tell the difference in the picture. I love this florist, they're super nice and made sure I was Happy. I highly recommend them, excellent customer service. read more

I bought my wife a 'Zen cactus' garden arrangement. Including the delivery, the order came to around $100. The plants began to die within about two weeks. AAA Florist neglected to tell my wife that the arrangement did not do well in an indoor environment. When I phoned to ask for some sort of refund or replacement, they would not consider it. I will not do business with them again. read more

Second time ordering from them for a delivery. First one was no issue. Second one, could've been an issue because they had to substitute the original one I wanted BUT it was equally as pretty. I paid extra for the larger flower arrangement and I got something thing less than. I spoke to the lady on the phone but they never got back to me. I emailed them and they never responded. We have just recently discovered this local florist! I am teaching Kindergarten from home and my hubby thinks I deserve flowers often! AAA Florist delivered my first flowers a few months ago and they lasted so long! Beautiful arrangement that I was able to enjoy for at least 10 days! He's continued to order from them once a month. This month the flowers only lasted a few days. I contacted the owner who was very kind and listened to what I had to say about how quickly some of the flowers died. I am astonished at how bad the customer service is at this particular florist. My aunt,who lives with me, placed a surprise order for my wife and I for our anniversary. The driver made my aunt, who has health issues, meet her downstairs in the parking lot multiple times, then she would not bring them up to our apartment. My aunt asked for a "happy anniversary" balloon and they added a "happy birthday" balloon instead. They arrangement she ordered was also incorrect and not what she ordered and were wilted and pitiful looking. She then called the shops and the manager proceeded to tell her "we'll just cut the balloon off". Floral arrangements are meant to be sent with love and adoration for the people we are sending them to and for a business to just blatantly disregard their customers needs, is just ridiculous. My aunt will NEVER order for this place again and I WILL NEVER be patronizing this business EVER. read more

They helped me with a SUPER last minute delivery. My boss' husband passed and I needed a sympathy bouquet. They had some in stock already. Had high hopes for this location since I called prior To ordering but unfortunately, I was disappointed. To be fair ,they did seem to have a lot on their hands that day so I left without mentioning I was unhappy with the bouquet the moment I saw it. Roses were wilting so I had to personally remove petals from pretty much every rose. Won't be returning but I'm glad staff was at least very friendly. Definitely Not worth the 60+ dollars spent on a SMALL standard bouquet. Ur better off buying one from Trader Joe's :) . read more

I was suppose to receive flowers for Valentines Day from my deployed boyfriend. But nope they deliver to the wrong house and have no idea what address they delivered too. I speak to Marina and she says well whatever address google takes us to, wow you don't check before delivering!!! I guess 1 star because I searched the neighborhood after receiving the text and received my flowers the next day! What horrible service!!! read more

I ordered flowers last night online to be delivered today. This morning I received a call right after they opened from one of the staff letting me know the vase I had picked was out and gave me different options. It was very professional for them to give me a call and let me know cause. I wouldn't have cared or would've known but they took their time to notify me is the reason why I would do business with them again. My wife LOVED her arrangement. We had used another florist for a few years, and wife always was asking, "why is the arrangement only one sided?". AAA didn't skimp at all, and I will use them for all future arrangements. A great experience via making a phone order. I ordered a birthday flower "cake" online from fromyouflowers.com for my mother that lives in the neighborhood. AAA Florist put the arrangement together and delivered the flowers yesterday. I have to say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with AAA's follow-through and customer service skills! My mother wasn't home when they initially tried to deliver. AAA called her and left several voicemails throughout the day. FromYouFlowers also called me twice on behalf of the florist. Even though I gave the ok to leave the flowers at her front door, AAA chose not to due to the hot weather, so on a Sunday evening, they made one last attempt after 8:00pm (I'm sure their store was closed for the evening), and surprised my very happy mother. Thank you for making her day!!! They definitely went above and beyond, and far exceeded my expectations. read more

My mother's 79th birthday happened during the Corona virus, I was having a hard time getting something for her. I found this site on-line and I found the perfect Flowers for her. I called and set the date for delivery. I'm from Night Dakota and my mother is in California. I'm am so worried about her getting sick. The lady on the phone was super nice and made sure everything went smoothly. The beautiful flowers showed up and my mother loves them. Ordered an arrangement thru 'fromyouflowers.com' and I guess AAA Florist is the company that made and delivered the arrangement. SO NOT HAPPY! I requested and paid for expedited delivery (before 12pm) as this was time sensitive for a dying friend. When I realized it hadn't been delivered by noon I called which in turn they supposedly called AAA Florist and I was told over and over again it would be delivered ASAP. I even did an on-line chat trying to get this delivered..mind you I had ordered this 24 hours before. I received an e-mail of delivery confirmation at 6:05 pm. I received a picture of the arrangement this morning and am so disappointed. The flowers do not look fresh and not like the picture I ordered from. I was disappointed to learn that the flower delivery was not at all what I asked. I specifically stated no later than 10 or 11 am due to the birthday recipient would be leaving by noon. When I called and asked what the ETA was, she told me the time would be anywhere from 9 am to 1 pm. Not at all what I would have agreed to. read more

Negative stars for this place!! I just can't believe what a crappy place it was !! A complete rip off ! Flowers were just wilted and over priced ! The idiot lady pulled a fast one on me ! I felt robbed and ripped off !! Over charged for some old flowers that other places would have just thrown out !! I was in a hurry and had no other choice then to just get them !!! nothing would have been better !! But please go there just to see what a joke it is !! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Marina B.

I grew up in Germany and came to the States in 1980. My grandparents owned a Flowershop - Nursery in Bavaria and my sandbox was literally in one of the greenhouses. I received a degree in floral design and botany in Germany and left to beautiful sunny California shortly after that. I worked in a Flowershop in San Bernardino for one year and started AAA florist in October of 1982 and have been here ever since.

Eric was super helpful despite being really busy. I saw an arrangement I liked on the website and even for Mother's Day, it was very reasonably priced. I loved Eric's email communication for the order details and delivery confirmation. If you have a question or correction, you just reply to the email and he responds right away. Easy peasy! The flowers were delivered early on Friday and were beautiful. The recipient LOVED them and said she had never had flowers delivered. I would 100% use Eric again for a flower order. His level of customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Thank you, Eric!

I first tried ordering flowers from Bouqs.com and had a dreadful experience, so I was happy Botanica & Flowers could save the day! There was an issue with my payment (my bank thought it was fraudulent), so I emailed them to see about trying the card again. I was worried it would be too late to put in an order since Mother's Day was coming up so soon, but luckily they were able to process the payment again successfully and deliver the flowers on the scheduled day. I was very impressed with their ability to get it done within the time crunch! I would've appreciated a bit more communication from their end as it would've helped clear up some confusion, but I'm sure they were very busy with the holiday. In the end, they got the job done and I was very happy with the flowers and overall service. I'd order from them again!

I highly recommend this florist to anyone who is looking to look good when sending flower to anyone.. they made me look good ! it was my daughter in law birthday and she is a very sweet daughter in law.. she works in Covina... I found this florist in yelp and I went online late at night and ordered flower, ballons and chocolate .. the next day, I received a call from Marina and we went through all details on the phone and she made awesome suggestions of how to make my order nicer .. I agreed with her.. the next day, I got a very appreciative call from my daughter in law of how happy she is when she received her birthday flowers , ballons and chocolate to her office... she also sent me pictures of the pacakage and I was very impresssed with them ; I iive over 500 miles away from city of Covina and this gift was amazing gift that I could have sent to my daughter in law.. she took her flowers home and the next call was from my son saying how much he is proud of me of sending such a nice birthday gift to his wife.. thanks AAA florist for being such a nice flower shop ; for sure I will use you every year to send her flowers ; may be in their coming up anniversay too ? thanks again Marina. read more

Tahitian dance competitions require fresh flower costumes. They need to be made a day or two (at most) in advance. I was making a fresh costume for my daughter's Tahitian competition (taking place the next day) and I ran out of ferns! All the other flower places I called were already closed but when I finally called AAA, Marina answered AND was willing to stay until I got there. She was so accommodating and patient (I had also forgotten my wallet) and provided the most amazing and beautiful ferns! AAA is my go-to from now on. read more
