This place deserves zero stars. The customer service is bad. Materials used are cheap. Quality of…read morework is terrible. On 3-16-2021 I took my Lexus LS 430 in for tint. Price was not as quoted. This should have been a dealbreaker, but I said ok. So after 2 1/2 hours car was finished. I got in to leave and noticed scratches on all 4 door windows. I got the owner to come out and look. He said the scratches were in the glass. That they were already there. I said no. I left to drive 5 minutes down the road. Pulled over to call my bank to try to cancel payment. I could not. I call the business and speak to the owner. I ask for a refund he says no refunds. I take the car back to him. He gets car in to remove film from one glass. He tells me " you know the scratches are in the film". He says he will redo 4 doors. He did. I went back to see what was taking so long because at this point, my return visit in the same day just an hour later, I was there 3 hours. So the owner tells me he redid the windows a second time and he still saw scratches so he was redoing the windows a third time. I noticed when I went around to the open end of the shop, that my car was idling. I asked if he had it idling the whole time he says yes. To make sure the battery would not run down. I informed him my battery was good and to please shut my car off. So I finally get the car back. Tint job looks like crap. I'm ticked off. I drive away. I remove the tint myself the next day. In addition to a bad tint job, the guy left several scratches in back glass on the outside. And he used so much water or soap solution that he shorted out my right rear window switch. I paid this guy $270 for tint. Not even ceramic. My car is an immaculate 2004 Lexus LS 430. The tint was so bad it made my car look bad. So I had to eat that $270 loss. I warn people to stay away from BMW auto tint in Killeen,Tx. You will regret going there

Buyer beware! Richard gave me a quote to tint a few windows in my home. When I asked the brand…read morename and specifications of the film he intended to use, he stated a few names. Then he said "they're all pretty much the same," and suggested that I "not make things complicated." When I asked about a warranty, he listed off some generalities, but when I asked to see the warranty, he suggested maybe I seek another company. Excellent advice, for me and for you!

I dropped the car off at 9:00 and left my cell phone number. I went to the library and read for a bit, chatted with an elderly woman outside the Lil' Tex restaurant (she was standing outside in the heat and I really just wanted to make sure she was ok), and I had a brunch at the C&H Hawaiian Grill (review to follow). Back to the window tint, this was the same business that had installed my original tint back in 2005 and the window decal has a lifetime warranty. As I dropped the car off (Mazda Miata) the owner told me that the job would take a bit and asked if I had someone coming to pick me up, I told him no worries, I planned to go the library and do some reading, i don't do enough reading for pleasure anyway. At 11:53, while still sitting in the C&H Hawaiian Grill, finishing my refill of root beer I received a call from the tint shop owner informing me that my car was ready. When I went into the office to pay my bill the owner/installer simply said "We're good", apparently citing the lifetime warranty on the original install. I should have taken the keys and just left but for some reason I couldn't, working inside of a cramped Miata for nearly three hours can not be easy, I had been informed of as much during the original install. Anyway, I asked the installer to come up with a reasonable charge, which he did, and that is what I paid. Call me crazy. If you are searching for a car window tint installer who is willing to stand behind their warranty then look no further than Copperas Cove Window Tint.
