The next day, they got the car in promptly, sent me an estimate via text/email, answered my questions from 150 miles away, and had the car repaired the next day. Paid via easy credit card app on my phone, and my son picked up his car after hours even. So I had a good experience. I didn't like paying $1000 to get back on the road, but given the damage I saw, it was a reasonable repair cost.
