They were able to get my car in several days earlier than initially estimated, and I had it back in time for the weekend! They couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, and we hypothesized that I'd briefly gotten something stuck which had later dislodged itself. Lloyd listened to everything that I'd mentioned that I wanted done to my vehicle, and he addressed each item. Along with the tire inspection/road test I got an oil change, and part of my front bumper attached more flush to the car, all for a very reasonable price! They've also given me great recommendations for work that they themselves could not do on my vehicle (for example, an exhaust issue last year).

As I signed the paperwork for the tow company, a beautiful young lady had me sign paperwork and suggested I give verbal agreement for my insurance company to come and pick up my car. That was just great. She saved me a trip in and sped things up with Insurance. Its nice to know there are still businesses out there that look out for their customers. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do - Hawkins Towing & Recovery will be the first call I make.

I wanted to see if it would be possible, and what the timetable would be, and how much it would be . I never said, yes please go tow my car . The price they quoted me was higher than I could afford at the time, so I was in the process of lining up a friend who was happy to do it , when I got a phone call from the tow company and it was their driver who had just towed my car an hour to where I asked, and asked me where I wanted to dropped off. So I was saddled with a service and a bill that I never asked for. I was late in paying my bill and that was all my fault, and they did do it very quickly, so quickly in fact that I couldn't even say yes or get any other options before I had to pay for the service and the bill.

The area where my car was towed had a single sign on a nearby lamp post, supposedly addressing a parking area that accommodates approximately 10-15 vehicles. The designated visitor parking spaces (were I was supposed to park) were marked on the ground, but the paint is faded, chipped, and difficult to read. The markings were nowhere near as clear as you would expect for something being used as the basis for towing people's vehicles. The company appears to be making money off people who are caught in confusing or poorly marked parking. Now I'm being charged over $200 just to get my car released.
