He cursed out of anger over the phone (totally unprofessional) and refused to release my vehicle. It took the cops arriving on the scene before he reluctantly released the car. Furthermore, he jacks rates up for each day your car is there, preying on those who can't afford to have their car recovered the same day. Also demands that you pay in cash, sketchy??

A Standout Experience That Delivers on Every Level Solid Work, No BS !!!…read more Honest, Skilled, and Exceptionally Reliable Mechanic I recently had my brakes replaced, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. No runaround, no upselling, no trying to scare me into extra work I didn't need. He told me what was wrong, fixed it, Simple as that. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. What stood out right away was the honesty. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done no pressure, just straightforward advice. That kind of transparency is rare and incredibly appreciated. The work itself was top-tier. My brakes feel perfect. Responsive, smooth, and quiet. The job was done with care and attention to detail, not rushed or treated as "just another task." On top of that, the turnaround time was faster than expected, It's clearly HE takes pride in what HE does and genuinely cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who delivers excellent results, I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. 5/5

Funny but a state trooper passed me as I was sitting there with my flashers on but did not stop. Anyway, a state trooper had it towed to this place and when I called they said they could not tell me the price because they didn't know what all the driver had to do to tow it 10 miles so I would have to wait 2 hours for her to call me back with the price. The guy that I spoke to when I called back to ask about getting my stuff out which is my cleaning supplies for my business but he wouldn't even allow me to tell him what I needed but instead treated me like a child and made me tell him I understood. They finally call back to tell me it will cost me 245 and I can get it at noon the next day or Monday and it would be the same cost. I told her to tell the rude man I spoke with a few choice words and all the sudden he chimes in because he had been listening on the phone the entire time. He calls me back because I hung up on him but I hung up on him again because he tells me I can't get my van until Monday because of how I talked to him. This is very unprofessional behavior and he has no business being in or working at any business. There are bad reviews after another on their Google profile stating the same thing about their rudeness and overcharging. I believe they have a deal with the troopers and it's just a big scam.
