Excellent service. Always reliable, punctual, and friendly. I've never experienced any delays with…read morethem, and their drivers are consistently courteous and professional. The fares are reasonable, and the overall experience has been great every time I've used their service. I really appreciate how they've upgraded their vehicles from the older shuttle buses with rough suspension to the newer, mini-limo-style vans. The difference in comfort is huge. Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Aside from that, though, Go Express Travel remains my go-to for getting between Bloomington and the Indianapolis Airport -- reliable, safe, and comfortable.

Do NOT use Go Express!…read more Go Express left us stranded at the airport on a Sunday evening. While in baggage claim, we received a text saying, "woops, you missed your shuttle." Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.

It is easy to find if you are approaching from the north and use the business bypass to reach Walnut. Otherwise, you can head north on Walnut passed the SR45/SR46 intersection. The building has its own parking and is much larger inside than it appears from the street. Inside the first set of doors are rows of brochures (free) that you can help yourself to. I grabbed a Visitors guide and a Nature Preserve Guide for my use, but saw maps and festival pamphlets too. Inside the second set of doors, there is a central desk with someone to help you. Surrounding that area are numerous display shelves and racks for picking up merchandise that is for sale. 2018 was the Bicentennial year of the city, so there were celebratory items for reaching that goal like t-shirts. There are also posters, local artisan products like Dillman Farms jellies and salsa, and local popcorn. I found the information available to be quite useful and the person at the information desk very pleasant to talk with. She was quite knowledgeable of the area and was able to direct me to some points of interest that I had not visited before.
