I had walked a mile and still had a mile to go to get back to the apartment I was staying in, it was 9 or 10, it was dark and the bus driver stopped for me, even though it wasn't her route because again that line didn't run on the weekends. She even called her dispatch to see if she was allowed to drop me off at the nearest bus stop to the apartment I staying in with friends, which she was allowed to do.

The fares are reasonable, and the overall experience has been great every time I've used their service. I really appreciate how they've upgraded their vehicles from the older shuttle buses with rough suspension to the newer, mini-limo-style vans. The difference in comfort is huge. Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Aside from that, though, Go Express Travel remains my go-to for getting between Bloomington and the Indianapolis Airport -- reliable, safe, and comfortable.

Do NOT use Go Express!…read more Go Express left us stranded at the airport on a Sunday evening. While in baggage claim, we received a text saying, "woops, you missed your shuttle." Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.

When…read morepicking us up at the airport, I was not told about any additional charge for him (my experience with hired cars is that is for the vehicle, not per person). However, at the point of dropping me back off at the airport- literally when we were at the curb to go in- I was told I needed to pay for my husband as he was not on the reservation. Fine, no one had told me that- but okay. Days later, checking my credit card I saw I was charged twice. When I called to clear it up I was told since he was picked up from the airport too so they charged me for that ride as well. This is so even though at NO point had anyone ever mentioned that it was per person and I would be required to pay for both days. Further, I did not authorize payment for two, I had no idea they were charging me for two. Also, why in God's name would someone book a service for two people at $180 each way when one of the ways included multiple other unknown people and multiple stops? Ride share for $180?
