I felt I should call around a little more. When I called All City Convertibles Matt answered . Listened to the issue I had .Then He did his best to help me. I told him I lived in Puyallup. He said that he knew a shop that did really good work and it would be easier for me to get service a few minutes away rather than an hour or so drive. But if they could not help call him back and he would fix the top. So I called the other shopp but they were booked until after January. I called Matt back and he got me on the schedule. I drove up yesterday it took an hour and a half. Matt was there and got the car in immediately and started to work on it. About an hour and a half later he had the job wrapped up and I was on my way back home. Perfect! The reason I contacted All City Convertibles and Customs was because of how rare it is to see a company with 100% 5 star reviews. Yes price is important but it was not the driver to go there. It was the fact that they actually cared would talk to me and were there to help. I think when you read their reviews you will see that.
