The woman who answered the phone answered my questions and made a recommendation based on our issue, crawling bugs and not flying blood sucking bloods. We made an appointment and waited for that to come around. Simeon showed up early which was nice. Immediately introduced himself and explained what he'd be doing for us that day. He worked in a manner that seemed to me to be thorough and well thought out. He was also very respectful and clean, he didn't trek buddy boots or equipment through the house and even made it a point to ask if he could use our garden hose to fill a tank he was using. I hired a guy named Alberto (516-343-6419) for the critter guards and he had no issues and didn't need a safety harness. He charged only $600.00, then said he could do stainless steel leaf guards for $300. All done in less than 4 hours.

He blamed traffic, took no responsibility for being almost an hour late, and rudely asked if we wanted him to turn around. He then had the nerve to ask when he could come back the next day. When my wife suggested a time, he seemed annoyed and kept pushing for an earlier time, which was completely unreasonable. He promised to call back later to confirm and double check but never did.
