I was able to meet with Paul within a day or two of calling them, and he gave me an estimate the next day for what we discussed. The remodeling went really quickly. Demo took less than a day, and while some of the major work needed had to be spread over a couple of days, they always called me to let me know what days and times to expect them. We ran into some termite damage that needed repairing once the demo had opened the walls, but after that things went pretty quickly. All of the crew guys were friendly, prompt, and really knew their stuff, particularly the tile layer, Greg. He helped me out when the tile I had initially picked didn't look as good as he thought it should, and offered great suggestions on design. All of the workmen cleaned up after themselves every day, so there was a minimum of dust and disturbance to the house. The work did get delayed beyond our initial projection, but that was primarily because Home Depot screwed up the vanity top order. That set us back nearly two weeks. Otherwise we would have finished right around the time originally estimated. They are also helping me straighten out some other issues in the house regarding our electric wiring and a patio cover that needs to be torn down. I plan to hire them in the future for these jobs once I can recover from the finances of having to remodel the bathroom on such short notice. Over all, a GREAT experience.
