There was so much to do that we needed an experienced builder with a high attention to detail and creative skills, someone who would take the time to explain and help us to make informed decisions and someone who would follow and support us to deliver our challenging project! We are glad we chose Rodney because he went above and beyond everyday to make this house our home. The extension looks like it has always been a part of the house and every part of the extension and renovation has been optimized. There is no one in the future I would trust more with a home renovation than Rodney Meyers at Kirby Taylor Homes. Thank you Rodney!

Kirby Taylor Homes If you want a contractor you can trust…read moreto repair or remodel your home, I highly recommend Rodney Meyers of Kirby Taylor Homes. Due to a pipe leak and resulting mold under our entire downstairs wooden flooring, we had to remediate the mold problem, replace the wood flooring, kitchen island & cabinets, re-route the underground piping, repair sheetrock, re-route the electrical wiring, replace the fireplace, as well as a host of other construction repairs. I don't know what we would have done without Rodney's assessment and planning skills. Rodney's knowledge, expertise, and due diligence insured the appropriate scheduling and co-ordination of multiple disparate construction disciplines and subcontractor specialists that were required to perform all the various construction trade activities. His professionalism, great attention to detail, and taking control to make sure everything was done correctly was key to completing the project in a timely and quality manner. Rodney communicated and kept us in the loop during all aspects of the planning and implementation of the work. These days reputable, accountable Contractors that you can trust are hard to find. I don't think you could find a more qualified, ethical, and responsible contractor than Rodney Meyers. I strongly recommend Rodney Meyers. You will look back after your project is completed and know you made the right decision to contract with Kirby Taylor Homes.

Monolite was fantastic to work with - truly a house saver. We originally bought our house knowing…read morewe needed some repairs on the stucco, and Monolite responded quickly with a competitive bid, and the quickest time table to complete the work. When we first got our report from our inspector when we bought the house, we knew of a couple different areas that needed work. Monolite fixed all the problems quickly, but they also went above and beyond to make sure every other area was inspected and fixed as well. Instead of just finding stucco problems above the garbage of our townhome, they found water damage on the second floor windows, on the third floor windows, and on our framing on the side of our house. Somehow, water just found its way everywhere, and without Monolite checking literally every surface of our house, we'd still have rotting frame and beams that we wouldn't have even known about. They saved us who knows how many countless of thousands of dollars in the long run. They took care of things without needing to or being asked! For example, we had replaced a sprinkler system controller on the wall outside with a new one. The old one had left drill holes in the stucco. Monolite found them and filled them, just to make sure everything on the house was protected. David, our project manager, was awesome. He was always keeping us in the loop, updating us with the progress, the problems they uncovered, and what our options were. He was always really flexible with our schedule. Juanita in the front office always responded to any questions we had quickly as well. Overall, we'd recommend Monolite to everybody (and we have), and are so appreciative of how quickly they responded, how closely they worked with us, how easy they were to work with, and how many thousands of dollars they saved us!

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down.
