This time I had them remove existing roof shingles, replace problem decking boards, and install CertainTeed Landmark Limited Lifetime warranty, 235 lbs. per square, self-sealing, two-ply laminated fiberglass architectural shingles. I talked with other siding companies, and the representatives asked me questions about what I wanted to add or replace, but did not explain what the different products were, and then sent me a $20,000 estimate, and I didn't know what I would get for the money. This was the first time I had to deal with replacing my siding. The Manager, Starr Kelly, was truthful and showed me respect when I had a question about the process.

Next May '26 will be 40 years since we built and lived in our home. We were retiring and needed to get new siding, paint or something. Everyone around us was going Vinyl and because of that, we were dragging our feet and wanted something different. We just didn't know what. We told SRS and that's when they introduced us to James Hardie Board. We were able to pick out beautiful baked in colors that coordinated and blended everything together, especially with our unique roof. It turned out incredible. It gave us that 'New Home Buyer' feeling that we had back in '86. Our difference stands out in the neighborhood now as quality and appeal. We get lots of compliments from people passing by. We're very proud of our home improvement. That's what SRS did for us and we are confident they can do that for you. It started with listening and ended in excellence. Thank you SRS!

Finally I decided enough and took it this place since it was near where I live I just dropped in. They were friendly but a little short, didn't seem interested, said cant do it today need to make an appointment. Gave a price it would be if they could find the piece of the key in the lock, a little more if they had to remove the doorpanel,$75. Less than I was expecting really. So I set an appointment and let them know the best times for me, let them know I wasnt far away. They called me a couple hours later and said they had an opening, if I could come by. I took the car, they looked no broken key in the locks. So they took a lock out of the storage compartment, that gave them all but the last cut. They made about 6 keys and found the one that worked. It took some time, couple hours maybe less. I hung around they were friendlier than I expected normally being so close to home I mightve left and came back. Very good place to go charged me very fairly (way less than I expected I almost told them they didn't charge enough even, less than anything mentioned. Cant say they'll do that for you but treat them like the professionals they are, be patient, and Im sure youll be very pleased over all.

Skillcrafters did a great job on my new deck!…read more Mike and his team are courteous, professional, and timely. I searched and talked to a lot of contractors before deciding to go with Skillcrafters. Skillcrafters was not the cheapest bid that I got, but the comfort level I had with Mike and his staff made all the difference in the world, and they were certainly competitive in price. They took care of everything. Plans, permits, etc all without me having to do anything. They started on time, completed everything within the time frame they gave me, and did a phenomenal job including cleaning up after themselves! As soon as it was completed, I was given the lien waivers from both the company and their suppliers BEFORE I wrote the final check, which is a relief. My deck is awesome. It is much better than the others in the neighborhood that were built by the builder or other contractors. Mine looks more solid, is bigger, and in the end just beats my neighbors in overall quality. I would highly recommend Skillcrafters if you have a home improvement project. There is no doubt that you will be treated at least as well as I was. Thank you, Skillcrafters! Mike
