Quick and convenient key cut service. Pleasant service, plenty of parking and located just off highway 170. I was able to get residential keys copied on a Saturday in 2 minutes flat. Nothing like a small, local hardware store. ~Christy read more

I called a lot of lock and key shops, looking for a shop to get my key fob programmed for my Tucson. Others told me they would try, but failed. They couldn't program my car. I called A complete Lock and key, spoke with Luke I told him my needs he said he could program my fob. Without saying I will try, instead saying he could do it. After a few minutes of programming Luke was successful in programming my new fob!! What a professional, nice and knowledgeable staff!!! While I was waiting, Luke fixed someone's jammed lock in minutes!!! Bottom line They are the best!! read more

I just can't say enough about this treasure island. Prices that are unbeatable. Professionalism. But what keeps me coming back is they are just the nicest people you ever wanted to meet. Of course, in our rat race society they could have changed but NEVER have I left here without a smile on my face. read more

Luke replied immediately and came right over to our office. He Made new keys. The charge was very reasonable. I definitely recommend A Complete Lock and Key. read more

Best locksmith ever! Misplaced both keys to a relatively new motorcycle since both came on the same ring. Only option was to have bike towed to them. They produced new keys with special equipment within a couple hours of bike being dropped off. I had AAA anyway but had to add bike/rv coverage for $16/yr. Even if you don't have AAA, opening a membership still cheaper than paying cash for a tow. The most friendly, professional, efficient service, and reasonably priced. I'll use A Complete for any lock service in the future. Thanks and keep up the great work! read more

I had such a positive experience here! My car key broke a few months ago and I have been getting by the best I could as the dealerships always charge so much and take forever so I didn't want to go to them. I found this shop near me after a quick search and called them - they were so pleasant on the phone and said to come in! I went on my lunch and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I am so thankful to have my key back and I am even more grateful to support a kind, local business! read more

I broke the hard plastic part of my car key that attaches to the key ring. I was afraid to use an adhesive to repair it, plus I needed a spare key anyway. The person who helped me was polite and quick. The job took about 15 minutes and cost $80 (I purchased a spare key box for the other key and fob). Nice people and great service. read more

I needed a replacement fob for my Ram pickup - got all kinds of delay and a high estimate from the dealer, so I searched and came across the great guys at A Complete Lock and Key. From the time I pulled into the lot to driving away was less than 30 minutes, new fob and key in hand, and they also diagnosed and repaired my old fob, for more than $100 savings from what the dealer quoted me. Friendly, super helpful, theses guys are super competent, they KNOW the lock and key business. I heartily recommend them to take great care of you quickly and at a great price! read more

Very friendly, had the right tools to do the job, but they don't stand behind their work. Paid almost dealer prices for a new key and reprogram, they messed up the programming leaving me no way to set the new key as anything but a teenager key (limits to speed, radio volume, certain other settings). When I brought it back, I got a "these things happen, we can charge you for another reprogram and maybe it'll work right this time. Wasn't going to throw away an extra hundred bucks on a "maybe it'll work". Well, at least the guy who stole my keys (and my car) won't be able to start it if he comes back....if the screens they showed me were correct about that. read more

Our Honda Pilot ignition stopped working, and the guys were able to rebuild the ignition. Which saved us a lot of money. Would definitely recommend A Complete Lock to all of my friends and family! Very far and responsible prices. read more

A Complete Lock And Key - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Saint Louis, Missouri

A little behind on this review but I wanted to make sure everyone knew how great these business owners are. A couple weeks ago, my keys to my car were dropped down a drain and there was no way to retrieve them. After freaking out for the night, I decided to call my car dealership who recommended me calling a locksmith. I had used them before for keys so I decided to try them. After speaking to the owner, he assured me they could get a key cut for my car today and offered my options that would cut the price almost in half. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, they were super courteous and even had written down the cut number for my key so if I ever needed to get more it wouldn't be as big of a hassle. They are amazing and I'll be going back to them for more copies and fobs. read more

100% great guys!!! I walked in with a motorcycle key that was in two pieces that they didn't know if they were going to be able to make and they not only made me one but made me two and at a very reasonable price I definitely recommend anybody with a lock or key need that they go here read more

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. The place to go for ATV and motorcycle keys!

These guys are amazing, I lost my keys on a float trip, his guy drove 2.5 hours to a beach and met me and remade a key right then and there. The price was expensive but worth it. He is an expert for sure! After everything he even answered some questioned I had with my anti lock system several days later! read more

The key in my car stopped turning and the car repair places I went to were quoting me in the $500 range. I came here, without an appointment, and 15 minutes and $125 later I had a car with a new ignition cylinder and a key that turns. I will be coming back here for any future key needs I have and highly recommend their services. read more

Had to get a new ignition switch. Nick was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. He got us in and out in under an hour. He clearly explained every step of what he did. He told us exactly what the price was before he started and it was that price when we checked out. Nick was very friendly and had a good sense of humor and made the whole prosse enjoyable. I would highly recommend them for all your lock and key needs! read more

Had keys to house and cars stolen when they stole the wife's purse. After the first "Locksmith Experts" company attempted to take advantage of the situation, I refused their services and called A Complete Lock & Key Service. The diffference in service was amazing and best of all the price was almost half the company I had come out first. I was comfortable immediately when I called and spoke with Paul. Later, Nick arrived on the scene and was spectacular. He is a complete character and loves what he does. He helped to make a bad situation good. Be careful of the other "SHADY" companies out there. This is one family owned company you can trust. Thanks for your great service!!!!!! read more

Car parked at Lambert terminal garage. Keys stolen in Europe. Asked if they could open car and make a key. They said yes. Arrived on time. Kid worked diligently. Got car open. Alarm went off. Couldn't get it reprogrammed. 90 minutes later gave up but still charged $65 for opening the car. Called another company (Aaron's). Had a manual key reprogrammed and car started in 5 minutes. $165 but worth it! The first kid tried his best but still wasted 90 minutes of my time. read more

Don't do business with this company they don't back up their work. No wonder why they are cheaper than anyone else. I requested service to repair a lock in my business. The tech came out on 5/21 to repair the lock. It was discovered upon arrival the lock needed a new cylinder. The cylinder was replaced and 5 new keys were made. Within a week we began having problems getting the key to insert into the lock. Some keys worked and others didn't. I first chalked it up to a key not cut correctly. This happens sometimes. Then I discovered my key that worked last week, now wasn't working. Something was wrong with the repair. We also had our food truck delivery have to leave in the middle of the night because he couldn't get his key to work. I contacted A Complete Lock and Key on 05/31 to let them know of the problem. The person I spoke with was the same person who "repaired" the lock less than two weeks ago. He immediately became defensive saying "those people" (not sure what he meant by that) must have been abusing the lock that he'd have to charge us again to come out and look at it. He then asked me if I had a screw driver perhaps I could fix the issue. He also told me since it was two weeks later, (it hasn't been) that his work was no longer guaranteed. Joke of a company. Terrible service. Don't go out of your way to save a few bucks. read more

Nice folks, friendly and provided excellent service.

shitty service, they leave bad reviews on their competitors and fake ones for themselves.

If you want to get ripped off by by some scam artists than you should go to them. The quoted me at $35 to get a simple key cut and when i went to go pick it up they charged me $55 claiming that I was never quoted $35 and that I was a liar. I will ever do business with them every again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER!!!! read more

If you have a Magnum, Charger, Chrysler, etc listen up.... if one day your car just doesnt start bring your car here. My car worked fine but oneday I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I was in park and turned the key and put it in drive and it cut off. This happened 3 times after that it wouldn't crank at all. I didn't know if it was the starter, fuel pump, or relays. After looking online I seen that it may be the key. Chrysler puts a chip in all the keys. My key worked fine the day before so I sent my car to a shop and they found nothing wrong. After I told them it's the key they told me they have to replace the module, I'd have pay for the module, labor, 2 keys, and a tow to the dealer totaling close to $450.00. I then called A Complete Lock and Key and towed my car there and the next day I was called early in the morning. They told me my car was ready to be picked up and the total cost was $190.00. The module didn't need replaced. They made 2 new keys and programmed them to my car. My old key had demagnatized. I am so greatful for them. read more

I lost my key to my wife's VW, A friend of mine,Al, recommended this shop, so I called them and asked if they had a key blank in stock and of course dropped Al's name. They said yes they can make a key for me for $95.including programming.I met Paul and Tony, nice guys. Tony cut the key and then handed off to this kid to program to the car.after awhile he said the attempt to program was timed out and had to either leave the ignition on for 48 mins or drive, So I start the car (with the wife's key)and the check engine light and the airbag light is now on, and the car only has second gear.I go back after an hour and the kid gets the new key to program.I tell him can you erase the trans code so the car will shift again? Said he can't, he doesn't have a scan tool to do that. Then Paul is telling me about a shop down the road that could erase the code, and started whining to me about VW's and was only doing this because I'm a friend of Al's. Like it's my fault? Then I asked if he would reimburse me for that service,Of course not, Luckily, Tony had the scan tool and erased the transmission code.I paid the fee and then left The car shifts ok, but now have an airbag light on. Nice guys, but the kid kept saying he didn't cause the problem, They are probably good at making keys and re coding locks etc,, but I would recommend them for automotive key programming. So now How much is it gonna cost me to get the airbag light erased?? Customer service is poor!! read more
