Jesse came by that same day to check it out, and we went through all the test including refrigerant, condenser, contact board, and checking the coils in attic. None of the test looked too good, and the outside unit was definitely leaking refrigerant. In the end we decided to change out the entire ac unit as well as the coils in the attic. The price was fair, and they were here early morning next day. Their hard working team of 3 worked most of the day putting in the new unit, and by mid afternoon we had AC again.
