In light of the current situation we all find ourselves in with a outbreak taking place, I tried to come up with an ingenuitive way to celebrate my anniversary with my fiancé. One idea that came to mind was to have a private, in home chef prepare a meal for us. Out of all the inquires that were sent out, Amid, the owner of A&A Eventos, was first to respond and provided a certain demeanor about him that I could trust and made me want to choose him over all other responses. He required half upfront to purchase supplies and secure the date, which wasn't a problem, with paypal, cashapp, or other mediums to transfer money to him. When the date came and he arrived he had all the required equipment with him. and just required a little space to work. He did not move anything out of place without first requesting permission and was very polite and willing to explain the process. We took a seat and viewed our menus for the night, which I was able to choose from an ample selection beforehand. Then we were served our courses as they were prepared, first a delicious salad (which he was kind enough to provide me the recipe for after the event), then an entrée (which he had taken a special request for, a risotto that my fiancé loves, which he perfected), and finished with a desert. All while being served a prosecco (provided by Amid that was complimentary) that was sublime. Each bite of every course was the best food I've ever had. Once we were finished he cleaned up the kitchen and left it spotless, placed everything back in their place and wished us a happy anniversary and a wonderful night. Having Chef Amid in our kitchen was an honor and an all around pleasurable experience. You have not had your best meal yet, until it has been prepared by Chef Amid. The only thing that complements his culinary prowess, is his personality. It is like having an old friend help make your night extremely special. We hired Chef Amid and his wonderful wife, Alex to do my partner's birthday dinner for the two of us. I reached to a couple of Chef's via Yelp and Google. There were three that I worked with and Chef Amid was personable, timely, and so easy to work with. You could tell from the very beginning, he was not looking to offer us some package that he's done for everyone. You could tell his focus was to create an experience that was unique to and for us. He sent me his menu and mentioned that he did 6 other cuisines as well and if we didn't see what we wanted, he would figure it out for us. We selected the pistachio crusted lamb-chops with saffron risotto, roasted beets with goat and ricotta cheese, Caesar salad, crispy rice tuna tartare, and molten lava cake. Alex and Amid came in and set up on our island in the kitchen so we could watch Chef Amid cook. What an amazing spread! Alex started us off with the most amazing lemon drops. We were there visiting like we knew them for 20 years. And then came the food. Everything was incredible. The flavor profiles really made the food sing! He even made us leftovers (which were just as good the next day). To top it off, we had the most amazing molten chocolate lava cake experience to top things off. I feel so fortunate to have found A & A Eventos. And now that my partner said yes, I think I have to start planning a wedding and I think I've found my caterer! If you are looking for a private chef to host your next event, LOOK NO FURTHER! Chef Amid and his wife, Alex made our weekend so very special and memorable. I can honestly say A&A Eventos was the best part of the bachelorette celebration. Not only was the food delicious and the presentation exquisite, the set-up was beautiful. They took the time to not only serve us both outside and inside to accommodate our needs on the spot, but also transformed the living and dining room into a restaurant. This included decorations, customized menus, flowers, champagne, AND MORE. I selected a mix of the Italian & American menu options. We had fried chicken sandwiches (still dreaming of these) and butternut squash cheese gnocchi as appetizers, followed by a fresh caprese salad. The main course included the tuscan ribeye steak with two sides of baked garlic potato wedges & sauteed parmesan brocolini. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THESE OPTIONS. After dinner was over, the chefs stayed back and cleaned the kitchen SPOTLESS. I can not wait to come back to Fort Lauderdale and hire A&A Eventos for my next dinner party. I wanted to do something really nice for my book club and have a catered meal for them for our reunion I searched high and low and found this event company and when I say they nailed everything down to the menus is an understatement. Chef takes his time knows exactly what you need and accommodates you with with everything that you need down to the menu the details the theme everything he has everything that you need. The food was amazing my guests kept raving about the food the time that he does it everything is planned out thoughtfully. With a variety of menus to choose from entrées, appetizers, he has everything you can absolutely need. You do not even need to lift a finger. If you're looking for good food great ambience and everything in between you don't need to look further and I do not leave reviews but I had to leave one for this company because I was blown away. read more

They were flexible with my requests and needs and brought an unforgettable experience. This is a company you do not want to miss out on doing business with. I wanted to throw my wife a surprise birthday dinner and had previously attended a party catered by A & A Eventos. Chef Amid and his lovely wife Alex took me by the hand and guided me through the whole planning process, from choosing appetizers and hors d'oeuvres through salads, entrees and side dishes. Everything was spot on. They arrived hours early, set up beautiful decorations and served a sumptuous meal, complete with Prosecco and even a sparkler set in the birthday cake! The event was a smashing success and all of the guests made a point of telling me how delicious the food was and how wonderfully the party was catered. I can't speak highly enough of A & A Eventos. I hired them for an engagement dinner and everything was absolutely DELICIOUS. We had a variety of appetizers and they took special care to make sure everything was free of allergens we had noted. Additionally, they made some accommodations for our guests who could not eat certain parts of the meal (e.g., prepared some salads without cheese/dressing). Not only was it delicious, but Chef Amid and his team (including his wonderful wife) were so warm and excited for us that it just made the vibe even better. For my birthday I received A & A Eventos Large Savory Luxury Gift Box...what a lovely surprise to open the beautiful presentation box and discover the treasures inside. Chef Amid created his own special recipe of pickled olives, pepper, garlic and mushrooms to enjoy with the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and a wonderful Busseto dry salami, on the crisp crackers. Chef Amid suggested to drizzle a few crops of the Regalis White Truffle oil over each delicious morsel...oh, such a heavenly aroma! Did I forget to mention the little split of Cantine Regie Prosecco wine ? Super delicious! Amid cooked a spectacular meal at our AirBnb for my bachelorette party in Miami. Everything on the American, Spanish, and Japanese menus looked so good, we went with the Spanish route to fit the setting. We had Amid choose the items on the menu to keep it easy, and because we trusted his judgement. Food was out of this world and the presentation, dont even get me started!!! They had a beautiful menu, flowers, a delightful server named Joanna, and a sparkler champagne for a toast. They were so easy and fun to get along with too! Upon speaking with Chef Hernandez, it was apparent that he takes a considerable amount of time planning and perfecting his craft.  I reserved a Bitcoin dinner theme event for a celebration in Ft. Lauderdale with A&AEventos. The presentation, food, and decor could not have been better, our expectations were exceded to say the least.  Besides the food being excellent Chef Hernandez provided a very creative Bitcoin theme dinner setting which all our guests loved.  He and his wife were very accommodating and professional throughout the entire event. I could not have hoped for a more wonderful evening to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. Chef Amid and Alexandra brought everything to our home for an elegant private dinner....dishes, beautiful glassware and utensils, decor, flowers.....even the post party cleaning supplies and paper towels!
