They made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in regards to my son's party which was Lion King themed. I called 2 weeks before and was able to book. I have to say, I was super nervous because I have used another party planner and she was horrible. The service she offered was not the service she provided and especially for the money she charged me! Horrible! With Yesenia, she sent me pictures of the center pieces, ideas of what the dessert table, pictures of the bounce houses, she texted me asking which backdrop I wanted. She contacted me for everything and texted me pictures to put my mind at ease. She figured I had gotten hustled so she was more than understanding. I fell in love with the job they did. People were shocked of the decorations and service. Thank you to Yesenia and her husband for an amazing service and quality! I will definitely be using them again and MOST definitely recommend them to other people!

He customized a "mash-up" of worship songs for our ceremony, listened to our wants and made recommendations to make that dream come true. He took time to meet us the day before to make sure we were all on the same page. The day of, he nailed the soundtrack to our wedding, kept the crowd entertained during the delay to our ceremony, and set the mood for a perfect event. During the reception he was amazing at checking in throughout the evening, letting us know what to expect next (but only a few steps at a time so as not to overwhelm us) and was amazing at making adjustments on the fly when things didn't go as planned. He became part of the family that day! He kept the party going even when guests were occupied away from the dance floor. Dave and Magic City Productions brought the full package and offered an amazing experience for all of our guests!! Dave, you truly made the day a success and kept the stress minimized. I can't thank you enough for the work you did on our big day!! THANK YOU!!! Pick Dave, you won't be disappointed.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless, which is always one of the most important things for me when staying at a hotel. The amenities were definitely a highlight of the property. Everything felt modern and upscale, and there were plenty of spaces throughout the hotel to relax and enjoy the property. The overall atmosphere was very welcoming and made my stay feel a little more luxurious. The location was also perfect! It was convenient for getting around and exploring the Miami/Aventura area without feeling like I was too far away from everything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Miami Aventura. Between the cleanliness, amenities, beautiful property, and convenient location, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

I booked this hotel as a convenient pre-cruise stop between Fort Lauderdale and the Miami cruise…read moreport in April 2026. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived. We got there early and were told the hotel would hold our luggage while we walked to Aventura Mall for lunch. That seemed helpful -- until we returned to check in. Our luggage was nowhere to be found. Staff gave us three different stories: first that the bags had already been delivered to our room, then that they were "on the way," which they weren't. After an hour and a half of confusion, my husband finally went to the luggage holding area himself and found our bags sitting there. The lack of organization was unbelievable. The bathroom wasn't dirty, but the shower was a terrible prison shower -- extremely low pressure and water spraying everywhere except my body. I also hate this hotel trend of the toilet having a glass door. This is dumb and the trend needs to end now. I am very close with my family but I don't need to see me in that way or have that level of visibility. Other problems during our one night stay: - Room service not offered despite being listed on the website - Laundry room is "free" but only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the whole hotel and the vending machine for soap was broken. - Dirty drinking glasses in the room - A leftover water bottle in the trash from the previous guest I was only staying one night so no I didn't bring any of this up with staff (except the luggage stuff - that was important) but I am not staying here again. The only "benefit" of being a Hilton member was being given a room temperature bottle of water in 90 degree Miami heat and humidity. My search for a pre-cruise Miami hotel continues.

We did get upgraded from an ocean view room to a coastline view suite and appreciated being able to choose between the two at check-in. Even with the upgrade, the stay didn't live up to expectations. The biggest issue is that the property feels dated and poorly maintained. In our room alone there was peeling laminate in the bathroom, likely from the tub faucet spraying toward the window, a shower that never got hot enough, and on our last day the closet door handle literally fell off. Not what you expect at this price point. Service was inconsistent. We walked into our room at one point and found housekeeping sitting on the couch. Valet was also frustrating since the parking attendant couldn't clearly direct us to visitor parking, so we ended up paying for valet every day. The hair dryer was low quality with only one heat setting. I use a salon-quality dryer at home, but even compared to some 4-star hotels this felt like a downgrade. Small detail, but it adds up. Food was mediocre and overpriced. A $22 piña colada mocktail was basically a slushy. Nothing we had stood out in a good way. The pool area is smaller than expected and not particularly nice for a resort like this. We were expecting more, whether that meant a larger pool, a second pool, or something more elevated. The beach was the highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and the staff there were genuinely warm and attentive. There was also noticeable construction noise and sound from the nearby bridge, which took away from the overall experience. The blackout curtains didn't fully close, which made it harder to get good sleep with a baby, and the balcony furniture felt minimal. Overall, this felt like fake luxury. The branding is there, but the experience doesn't match. Not worth the price and we would not stay here again.
