Starting with the presentation of the plates, everything was perfect (photo worthy, if you catch my drift). Every bite was magical with some flavors I've had yet to even try! I was in flavor heaven! After a little dancing (digesting) and toasts to the bride and groom came my favorite course; desert. If I wasn't already blown away by the hors d'oeuvres and entrées; I sure was by this desert set up. It was incredible! An entire room designed around desserts! The design was beautiful and the flavors again were exceptional. All around incredible evening. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your next wedding, party, office gathering, or holiday.

The staff was professional and ran everything well, from bringing out the catering to helping manage the speaker and microphone system, and quickly cleaning up plates so there were no dirty dishes sitting around. Our event was in the Atlantic ballroom, and the window views from that room were stunning! Gorgeous views of the waterway and adjacent buildings. I can imagine the space being a great place for a wedding or general party reception. Though I was lucky enough to not have trouble finding the ballroom, I do wish there were some way-finding signs in the building. There was a list at the entrance of events happening and which ballroom they were in, but not much info on where to go to find the specific ballroom. I basically had to guess my way around and I happened to guess correctly.
