Nola's Bartending was a recommended vendor from our venue and right from the start my communication with Alicia (owner) was spot on. She made everything so simple. Everyone at our party was so impressed with the amazing drinks and mocktails that Alex mixed up. Alicia was there to support as "server" but really she was my right hand woman. She did everything I asked and so much more. She was very proactive and professional. She knew my needs before I asked and this was a tremendous help in keeping our party on schedule. Tables were cleaned instantly, food was switched out for cake, cake was cut and served, Alicia was constantly working the room asking guests if they needed anything, kept our party to schedule and cleaning up the venue at the end was a breeze with their help. Nola's Bartending was worth every penny we spent. I recommend highly, you will not be disappointed if you hire them.

Chef Maoz Levita is a kind and fabulous human being with amazingly high standards who surrounds himself with a like-minded team. Chef Levita and team just created a very high end, fabulous, delicious, thoughtful and beautifully presented feast for my family. I gave him a difficult mission: must have sufficient vegan options, but also have decadence and uniqueness, be satisfying to our guests who enjoy a Mediterranean diet but also be desirable to the carnivore/foodies. I needed a bartender, a server. Chef Levita over-delivered! My event was beautiful, delicious, seamless and everyone raved about the service and the food. Hire him! He will EXCEED every expectation. Thank you, Maoz for being a part of our family celebrations now.

All I have to say is I love food, and Chef Jerry Castillo...did not disappoint! A friend had…read moresuggested the new upcoming chef for a small gathering I was having for my birthday. I was looking for something simple, yet elevated to my palate, and he was able to do just that. I am a big fan of this whole new trend of taking common dishes and giving them a gourmet twist.... So I asked for small samplers of the whole ordeal. My favorites were the sliders and the mac n' cheese! The sliders were perfectly sized prime beef patties, medium cooked with a center filling of goat cheese, topped by reduced spinach, and spiced mustard. One word, sensational! And that Mac n Cheese, made with a variety of cheeses, I think manchego was one of them, I don't know, but whatever they were, wow...melted in your mouth! Aside from that the service was great, Chef Castillo worked with my budget, and fairly priced my small order, not to mention he customized my order every step of the way. I am not one to recommend often, I am a picky one, but this is definitely an exception! Worth a try !

OK let's talk about personal chef and catering company Empress Eats. I hired this company to set up…read moreand prepare a special dinner for my anniversary. They specialize in plant based vegan meals. Naturally I was worried because not everyone can make vegan food taste great although WHOLE vegan food is pretty much green food that you find at your grocery store in the produce section. I wanted more than just salad. I know vegan food can be more but would the chef encompass that. Well yes she did. Chef Kimberly was great in organizing and understanding exactly what I wanted. Everything was amazing. I was able to go over and help create a menu with items personalized to our liking for our evening. I went with an Asian inspired menu which consisted of soba noodles, crab-less fried crab cakes. I believe they're made with shredded mushrooms and hearts of palm, absolutely delicious with her aioli . For one of the starters we had a side salad with miso sesame dressing. We ended the evening with a tropical dessert made with mango, agar beads and coconut whip. For beverages we drank heart chakra infused alkaline water and wine. Everything was 100% vegan and made from scratch down to the salad dressing and coconut whip. It was a whole food menu. Meaning we could've gotten vegan processed burgers or sauces but the chef and I decided to keep it clean and green. Empress Eats also had a staff member taking photos of our experience and their meal preparation process which they shared with us. Note it's not a photo shoot for your event , it's for them. But they did share them . Also note they're not the ones I shared here. As for covid measures the staff for Empress Eats utilized face coverings, adhered to social distance guidelines, and were very sanitary. Obviously necessary especially since they're preparing your meal. They were friendly and professional. This was definitely a great experience. We were very pleased and relaxed. We didn't have to go to a restaurant, wait in lines, nor cook or clean for dinner. All you have to do is provide a space for them to set up and cook them just relax. Thank you for such a memorable experience Chef Kimberly and the staff of Empress Eats.
