This has happened more than once over the last few years. They were in contact with me alot when I was buying the system and when they wanted the second half of the payment after the install. But since then they don't seem to care. So I don't recommend that you use this company if you want any after install service. I love the new system but I wish I would have used a different company to buy it. Update: I had a different company come and service my AC. Come to find out there was a really slow leak ever since the installation. A small valve was bad and bent at the top. When the original installation was done they told me there was a small amount of freon missing on the first check up and they would see where it was on the next service. But I have not been able to reach them since. It cost me 450 dollars with a different company to fix it. It should have been a warranty situation but Nordic was not nice enough to return my calls. They were referred to me by Fisher Construction Group so I thought I was making a good choice. But my choice has been a major disappointment!

Giving two stars because he did install a replacement water heater…read more I'm located in California and hired Newton's to replace a water heater in a mobile home we own in Washington. I expected the water heater to be installed to Washington's code, upon inspection for sale of mobile home we were advised no drain pipe was connected to allow overflow water to drain under mobile home. As you can see in the picture a drip pan with a outlet that goes on mobile home floor was left unfinished. When we contacted owner he became defensive and claimed he noted on final invoice there was an additional charge to complete the job. I hired him to perform a service and expected the quote he provided and I paid would reflect all that is required to meet code. I was sadly disappointed and intend on contacting Washington's licensing board to report job not done to code requirements.

I had a GFCI plug trip in our kitchen putting out several plug-ins. I replaced the GFCI receptacle…read moremyself but the reset button wouldn't reset and there was power to the plug-in. Lawrence at Kingdom Electric arrived the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it all fixed in short order. He glanced out our kitchen window and noticed Christmas lights on the porch and asked if there was a plug-in outlet outside on the porch. There was and the recent rain was dripping down the cord and setting off the GFCI, just like it is supposed to do. Lawrence wrapped all the exposed plug connections outside to avoid further problems. I so appreciated his quick response to a household without all kitchen power for Christmas. February 25, 2023 I had my original furnace installed by…read morethem in 2004. I am now planning to replace it as it has been 19 years so called them for service and a quote. To cut through the chase, they were super unresponsive after the initial visit. I have sent multiple emails to the service person and through the office person. She repeatedly said she would forward them to the person who does the quotes. This has been a super frustrating experience dealing with them. Totally unresponsive, unprofessional, and enough to convince me to stay away from them. This should have been a easy sale for them for a new replacement furnace - $7000 or so but forget them. Look else where as I did and save yourself a lot of frustration. Lots of other good HAVC companies out there and most very competitive.
