We texted around 8am with our details and requested "this evening at 7:30pm". and I was told I was "confirmed". I told her we had pets and to let me know if I should put them away, she said "we love animals!" So far, so good. We scheduled dinner so that we'd be done right at 7:30. By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. I just can't rightly give this place a positive review, and would hate for others to get caught up in the mix of her scheduling woes. Need to warn people off of this company. I'm sorry Rachel... you kinda earned this one and I did give you a second chance.

I began to record, fearing for this woman's life. He begins screaming at me, saying I'm not allowed at the store?! Recording conduct you believe in good faith to be a felony is protected by law. A business may not retaliate against you for this, nor for reporting it to the police. I can't believe UPS would allow such an irate, petty, angry little man to work in its store! Be wary, even UPS appears to be going "postal" these days!

The business opens at 9 according to the sign on their door and according to Google Maps. Well, nope. I've come at 9:30 more than once to try and send a package, including this morning, and it was still gated and locked up tight. Maybe other people don't care about the time a business says it opens, but as someone who needs to send packages before my workday begins, I'd appreciate a business that actually keeps to it's posted hours. After multiple times experiencing this (and needing to go somewhere else), I won't be returning here.

The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. Fast-forward to now: I was in the middle of a move and needed boxes urgently, so I decided to give The Box Depot another try. I'm so glad I did! I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store. He was friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond -- answering all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed, and even offering to carry everything to the car. If it weren't for Moises, I never would've gone back -- but because of him, I absolutely will. He's a gem, and I hope he's there every time I visit.
