About 10 minutes later, while I was still shopping, three employees approached me, surrounded my cart, and one of them removed the table without any explanation. Confused, I asked what was going on, and that's when they told me the item had already been sold. The issue is, there was no "sold" sign on the table, and it was sitting in the front area mixed in with other furniture that appeared available. As a customer, there was no way to know it wasn't for sale. I honestly got the vibe an employee wanted it. I asked to speak with a manager and explained how uncomfortable the situation felt. Not only was an item taken directly from my cart, but the way it was handled--being approached by multiple employees and not given an explanation upfront--was frustrating and unprofessional. I also questioned how something could be considered "sold" while it was still out on the floor with no indication. I was told it had already been purchased by someone else, and they took it away. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology--just a repeated explanation of what happened on their end (understaffing) which only added to my frustration. They had no employees to help the customer however, 3 employees were able to surround me in the aisle? I've never had an experience like this at a thrift store--or any store. Typically, items are either clearly marked as sold with a tag or removed from the sales floor. This situation felt disorganized and poorly handled. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores in the area, but based on this experience, I won't be returning.

There were some button shirts that were about $9 each which is a bit pricey for me. Yet on the other end, there were t shirts that were about $2. You've really got to check your options

I've driven across town with nice quality but unwanted clothing and household goods and the experience ended up feeling pretty much like I was just throwing them, unwanted, into a dumpster. Not so here. The drop off location is well marked, clean, and easy to access. The fellow at the donation area was very friendly and helpful. He opened up 15 minutes early for me, and, despite a sign saying they weren't responsible for unloading, was more than willing to carry loads in. I was impressed with how large and how clean and neat the inside space was. I didn't go in the store, so can't comment on it. But if you've been looking for a donation site where you'd be putting gently used and cared for clothing to good use, I'd recommend going out of your way to come here.

Especially on purses, shoes, and furniture. A lot of it felt wildly inflated, even compared to Goodwill. I kept browsing out of sheer curiosity and couldn't wrap my head around some of the tags: used plastic shoes priced at $40+, a worn out Michael Kors bag for $30. The clothing section seemed more reasonably priced, although I didn't notice any higher-value brands to really justify a comparison. Overall, this place feels very hit or miss. You might stumble across a decent find, but anything with a recognizable name seems to be marked up far beyond what it's worth.

Also the girls who work here are so nice! I've never felt like I am an inconvenience.. they're very helpful and have great attitudes. I won a drawing a couple months back, too! I had forgotten that I entered into the drawing but got a call that I got $10 store credit. Last but not least.... The clothes are clean and either smell neutral or have a fresh fragrance. They don't have that old musty smell you get from other resell shops. I don't know about y'all but that is such a BIG positive for me.

I paid for my purchase and noticed once I was given the receipt that one of the items was not 60%. I told her I didn't want them. If I had been able to view things as they were rung up, this wouldn't have happened. She then tells me that she can only give me a store credit. I just paid for them, I said. She said there was nothing that she could do. We bought a lot of items. Then she tells me that they are a no-bag store. So we had to manage carrying all of our items out to the car. I know none of these things are her fault. This is how the store has set itself up. This was not good customer service, as basically, I was told tough cookies. I gave the credit to my daughter, as I will not be returning.

I walked in hoping to find a cheap T-shirt and walked out questioning the entire global economy--because apparently, a faded shirt with a mystery stain is now worth $12.99. The real treasure hunt isn't finding a bargain; it's finding anything that isn't priced like it was personally blessed by a celebrity. My personal favorite was the used shoes--clearly worn during someone's entire cardio journey--marked at a bold, confident $19.99. Truly inspirational. If inflation ever needs a spokesperson, Goodwill is ready. At these prices, I'm convinced Goodwill is secretly auditioning to become a luxury retailer. Any day now, they'll start handing out complimentary champagne as you browse the $7 coffee mugs from 1998. But hey, if you've ever wanted to experience the thrill of paying full retail for items that were literally donated for free, Goodwill has you covered.
